First time coming to this location in Tustin. I was very pleased with the excellent service, and fast service. I was absolutely please with the gentleman by the name of Kevin he was extremely kind. Pollo Loco made an excellent choice in hiring him to be apart of their team. Big thumbs up to Kevin and the rest of the staff!!!!!

Great fresh food, great service, and great value. Family meals are tasty and are a great last minute option. Otherwise it is a standard fast food restaurant with drive through.

I got the 2pc meal, but had a breast and thigh instead, with beans and rice as sides. Great taste for the price.

I was amazed at how fresh and tender and juicy the chicken was! These people really know what they're doing. And the mashed potatoes and gravies are wonderful. The mac and cheese is so good you got to have seconds!

This location is (without question) the best El Pollo Loco in the area. The service here is impeccable, the place is always clean, all the staff are very friendly, and the food is exceptional for the price you pay. It is my favorite place to go to when I need a quick and easy lunch.
