Waffle House

Awful awful awful. The staff is not competent. They always mess my food orders up. Morning shift is fine. But 2nd and third shift is really bad. They refuse to stay open 24 hours because they are lazy. They will not pick up the phone to take orders at night. Just really bad service all the way around. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I work at night so there aren’t many options available to me food wise. It’s either I pack my lunch or get food from Waffle House. Well can’t depend on this one because they won’t answer the phone. For the past few weeks I have tried to call to place an order around 2 am or so and the only thing I get is a recording saying we are open but we aren’t take to go orders right now please come in place your order. Well I tried that but I can only clock out for 30 minutes to go get it and I was almost late getting back to work. That’s the whole point of me trying to call so I can get it when it’s done and get back to work on time. I’m just curious if they are supposed to be actually answering the phone or are they just not doing their job.
