I have not been able to make it to any Dairy Queen since 2019, so I was pretty excited that I was finally able to get to go back to one. I was definitely not disappointed! The food was AMAZING! I have never had such delicious onion rings! Everything was hot and fresh, and it took only around 10 minutes to get the food. Considering how hot and delicious it was, I consider this very reasonable. The only issue was that they accidentally charged me for an extra meal. The lady working the register said the manager could take it off, but he was cooking at the moment, but as I was leaving, they got the refund issued. I'm definitely looking forward to returning in the future!
Well as you can see in the picture I couldn't even wait to eat before taking the pic. It's good, kinda small portions.
I put the lower rating on service. I wanted to. Make it clear the people who were working were amazing and super nice. They were extremely short handed and had to close the lobby. We went thru the drive thru. I was really sorry for the ones who did show up and work. They were amazing and I give them a shout out and acolytes. I don't know who has the franchise but there is only one Dairy Queen in Tulsa area. I can't see any reason why it should be understaffed. Being the only one, I think they should be able to pay enough to keep a staff like the ones who did show up to help yesterday.
We got our Blizzards and parked and ate them outside in the outside dining with some other guests.
It was our first time there. We were there to purchase an ice cream cake for someone who specifically asked for their ice cream cake. They were low on cakes because they had sold so many, which is a good thing I suppose! They happen to have the surviving kind I was looking for in the back being made. They were very helpful and accommodating. The only thing I was confused on was the pricing. We got the smaller cake that I thought was supposed to be $15.99 and it ended up being $30.00! That was the only disappointment. Everyone was very kind and helpful.
Nice place. Location good. Staff seemed more interested in visiting more than serving. My ice cream was sitting on counter while the staff talked. The server finally noticed and served me.
I went in to dairy Queen to place a cake order and I was very sad to find out that Sue the lady who had been making my cakes for almost six yrs is no longer there..but I managed to find out she is now working at the coweta drive in making cakes there...for those who know her and the great work she took in her cakes you can now find her there..
My wife wanted a dip cone so this DQ was the one within 20 miles. We got there and was greeted by a friendly young man smile on his face and very open to help. He took our order and even made it. This was a great choice of a place to go, we will drive the extra miles to go back.
Typical Dairy Queen location. Food was good, but slightly over priced for what you get. Service was great and what's not to love about a Blizzard. Overall great experience every time.
Took a while to get my order, but it was hot and delicious when it got there. I should have got an ice cream!
Good spot. Clean. Hopefully they will stay in business.
Manager was nice to offer me any item to replace the one they didn't have and the sandwich was good...however, those with me was disappointed in their food. The fries were cold and their sandwich was too I guess. I ordered onion rings and they were decent. Would have preferred the fish I ordered though.
