Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Just wow! This place has a nice feeling and plenty of seating if you want to sit and enjoy your wrap and smoothie right there. I was greeted right away and my order came out to me quick. Normally when I go to a tropical smoothie, when my order is ready they just set it up on the counter for me. No big deal I understand that that's how most of the time it goes. However, it was a little different here. I looked up and there was 1 lady coming with my smoothie and the other coming with my wraps. It made .e smile. They seem to care about their customers here and want you to come back. I'm saving this store on my FAV list so I can remember which one to come back to next time I'm in town.

I've been eating here for years and Anedtria always provides exceptional service. She's always friendly, fast, and professional. I can always come here and know I will have a good experience because of her. If she isn't already a manager she definitely deserves it!!!!!! I've always went out of my way to come to this location because of her. I'm moving to Dallas today and I will miss her and she doesn't know it!

I normally get my food from a different location nearer my house, but they use unbelievably small portions of everything, leaving their food substandard (especially for the cost) and their bare-bones smoothies completely melted by the time they make it the 2.1 miles here. After several unsatisfactory/unaddressed issues with the other store, however, I tried ordering from this store, and after speaking with the manager Ana about some of my complaints, she went above and beyond to give us warm food and frozen drinks, and even couple extra straws, as the edible ones we'd been paying for at the other location were always left out on delivery. We've since had the same excellent care taken with our food during subsequent orders here... we appreciate getting our money's worth for a change!
