I just went and surprisingly there was no line in the drive-through!
I saw McDonald's has a new guacamole burger and so I asked the woman for her honest opinion on it. She told me honestly that she had not had it yet because she doesn't like guacamole, and that not man
wasnt busy, took a little bit for someone to take order but they got it to me fast. overall it was good for my lunch at work.
Great location that's near interesting shops. Nice employees with decently quick service. Haven't had a messed up order from here, yet.
Best biscuit ever, should be they are made right here in Tulsa at Bama Pie. What a great account for Bama Pie to get. Always fresh and delicious. Drive thru always fast and easy to get in and get out. Ciao O.G. out
Staff isn't the friendliest. Hours of operation are not like other mcdonalds. Sometimes the lobby is closed way to early like everyone just wants to go home.
Fries weren't fresh. 😝 Soda fountain mix was heavy-handed on the carbonated water... Getting my order put in quickly with a genuine smile and friendly suggestions goes far as so many places are perfectly content to hire flat personalities not truly suited for a customer centric industry.
I received good service ,always have loved their fresh fries .

I usually come here on laundry days and get 2 double cheeseburgers and a cup of ice because I bring my own can soda from home.
Since the beginning of time I’ve never been charged for a cup of ice but today, the lady taking my order charged me for the cup of ice and rang up a water which cost $.40. S

I don't know what's going on with all McDonald's but it seems like people that work to drive through very rude I don't know if they had a experience with a good customer but they got my order wrong and I just stated that I ordered two number seven they didn't have to throw a fit about it now s

This was a visit that was surprising. Food was fresh and hot at the 12th and Harvard location and the drive thru service was quick with everything that I ordered was in the sack. Very good 👍.
Cool dine-in setting at this location! This McDonald's has good customer service. Greeted upon entry, smiles, and food temperature was good!
