Magoo's

Surprised by how much space there was (20 pool tables give or take, 20 or so pinball and vintage arcade games, bar and seating area for dining). Menu was decent, typical bar stuff. the deviled eggs were good but I don’t know about the toppings. . . Maybe it’s a local thing lol. . . The guy in the back of house, Gary, is top flight. Good times, cheers.

Update 4/3/23 The boxer machine has been moved to a safe distance. (Last pic) Thank you management! Unsafe Placement of the new Boxer Machine. Claw machine is touching up against the Boxer. I injured my hand here at 2/23/23 @ 11:30am One step punch and follow through. Turned my hips and my fist went through the bag and hit the steel corner of the front of the claw machine on my way down. Ouch. I had to go to the hospital for X-Rays, before I left Magoo's I asked management on duty for someone to contact regarding this and only got a name of the GM. I also showed the bartender a video of the incident that my brother was taking. Bottomline, the boxer machine needs to be placed away from the other machines. It's not safe, especially if someone was drinking. I was just there to play pinball with my brother and noticed the new boxer machine and got really excited because the old Boxerl there is awesome. A person with a longer arm could easily punch through the bag amd into the glass. I took pictures of the machine and left. I've attached pics to show how the machines were set up and my hand after the first hour of swelling and then after my hospital visit. I don't much appreciate the way I was treated when I was obviously in a ton of pain and asking them to move it. But I'm not satisfied with bad mouthing anybody here. The bartender lady was trying to be kind. But she did a poor job of letting me know how to contact the GM or even taking me seriously about having someone move the machines apart or my injury. I have loved Magoo's for years, fond memories from the early 90's up until this moment. Super Dissapointed and my hand is busted up on top of that. There are games literally smashed together up the entire wall. This should change. As it is not a safe place for these kind of Arcade Games.

Absolutely amazing place. First time being here with my man and the atmosphere is calm and chill at the same time. The bartender's are very attentive and nice. It gets busy at times but they take care of the customers who arrive based on first come, first serve basis. They have plenty of pool tables, foosball tables and pinball machines. The music isn't too loud. Bathrooms are clean! And they have an ATM. 10/10 Would recommend to anybody looking for a new bar to try! Will definitely be coming back!

Love the atmosphere (vibe) here always have. Bartender's are great, this place gets busy AF and they get to people in the order of appearance. So their response may feel slow at times; yet it's not they just get more orders than you think. Prices for drinks are relatively cheap for a bar as well. They have some food which is amazing for a pool hall/bar! Overall 10/10
