Church's Texas Chicken

The place looks great since the rebuild. The service was quick and friendly. And it's Church's Chicken so obviously it's good food. Update 9/23/23: I placed an order last night for a 50pc for pickup the following day. I meant to submit the order for Owasso but accidentally chose this location. I called this location and Kevin picked up and informed me that I'll have to go online to cancel the order. I eventually submitted some online form to cancel the order but did not receive a confirmation so I just kept my order. Kevin followed up with me this morning to confirm my cancellation but I told him I'll keep it. When I picked up my order at the store, one of the workers only handed me one of two bags. I didn't know any better and left the store. Kevin texted me shortly after that I was handed only one of the bags and still had one left. I returned and picked up my second bag. All this to say that Kevin did a great job following up and following through to ensure I got what I needed. It would have been a pain to drive to Owasso only to find out I only received half of my order. I just want to thank Kevin again. At my work place we often talk about customer obsession and Kevin certainly displayed this. I am very appreciative and will continue to give them my business.

Loved the new building the drive through person was prompt but seemed to be flustered, I figured it was because they might be busy inside being it's a friday night. Got through paid asked for sauce she was lil short but it was okay didnt get any sauce the chicken was really chewy like it'd been under a warmer for at least an few hours. The biscuits were reheated and I had to go back through for the sauce but ran into the lobby this time and there wasn't but 1 person getting food. They weren't busy kinda lacking but I still ate the food and it did the job so there's that I guess. It's really pretty though 👉👈
