This place was amazing! The food is delicious, the mohinga was just as good as my mom's. If you are looking for authentic Burmese, this is your place. Really shocked there was a Burmese restaurant in Tulsa but very happy there is one. I am Burmese so it's really hard to find a place that is just as good as my mom's, this place was on par.

I'm addicted! Great little spot for something different. I have been multiple times and never experienced anything other than great food and atmosphere. It may be a little slow to come out to the table but it is all cooked fresh. I have even had "to go" orders which did well. I was recently sick and my husband brought me a Tom Yum Soup home and it helped mend me, no joke! My ONLY suggestion is either more fish or vegetarian options so that I can come in more often. Best of luck!!!

Very happy to try it, been a while since I've been able to have some Burmese food without cooking it at home. They were out of curry, evidently we went too late, so I'll have to go back. I regret trying any specific Chin state dishes, but I saw Shan khao swe and had trouble not ordering that even though I probably should have stuck to their region. Mohinga was good, fried tofu was good. Tea leaf salad was on the way to good but not quite what I hoped. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in Tulsa.

I went to Kai Burmese Cuisine with my husband and had a great experience! It was actually the first time to tried this type of food and I enjoy it. Totally thought this would be like Thai food but definitely a different experience, you won't be disappointed. The staff was friendly, the food was amazing and reasonably priced. Portions could easily be shared by two people. If I’m every back in Tulsa I will try it again.

Very good, down-to-earth Burmese restaurant. If you've never tried Burmese food (this was my/our first time) I would describe it as a transition between Thai and Indian food. We were enjoying the food so much that the only pic that I got to take was half way into the meal. Also I didn't get the right spelling for the dishes that we had but out of five of them that we tried, liked them all!

Kai was actually the first time I'd tried Burmese cuisine, but it has made me a fan. Everything we tried was delicious, and we'll definitely be coming back to try some of the other dishes on the menu! There was quite a bit of a language barrier, but by no means should that deter you! The staff was helpful and everything was exactly what we ordered. Portions are very large and both dishes we ordered could easily be shared by two people, with leftovers. If you're a fan of other Asian cuisine, such as Thai or Cantonese, definitely give them a shot, you won't be disappointed.

My place to eat at when I’m in Tulsa for work or fun. Enjoy their food and I always ask the cook to pick for me. Love the flavors.

Foods at KAI are delicious. Don't miss their Hot Tea when you go there. Cuz it's free. 😁😁
