Taco Bell

I go to this one often. Useally very late at night. The employees are always kind. Food is always fresh. I went through the drive thru recently and forgot to order a drink so I ask the gentleman if you could add a drink. He had already rang my food up and as good customer service he handed me a drink and said, I got you. I offered a couple times to pay and he just said no you're good. It's the small things like this that keeps customers coming back. As we all know, a few complimentary drinks isn't going to bankrupt a company. Thank you young man at taco bell

Since they raise the price on the nacho fries They need to give you more or even enough fries in that tiny container not like a small kiddie fry so I ask for fresh fries and they were delicious I did notice on my taco the sour cream was only on one side and left but they did work with me on my online order that's why I gave a five

I just had a fantastic customer experience! Earlier tonight, I zoomed through to get a quick bite before church. The burrito did not have my added jalapeños. I called quick, and the person immediately offered to remake it. Could I return? Not right away. Later was fine. They'd leave a message. So I got back through very late--after 11 p.m.--and they were expecting me. Did they need to see my receipt? Nope. That was all so easy! I was already grateful. Then ... not only was there a burrito with jalapeños in the bag, but those cinnamon sugar twistie dessert things too! That put it over the top. At first, I thought, "Oh no! I got someone else's order!" Nope. My special burrito was in there. THANK YOU, TACO BELL! Kudos on your customer service!

This lady is always so nice and efficient. Being a veggitarian, I usually have major limited options. I've always craved Taco Bell, so now that she offered the information that I can switch meat for beans on any burrito I am excited to try all the taco bell burritos that I didnt know I could get before. Great job guys!
