This review is not just for this location but for basically McDonald’s and itself. The burgers don’t have a taste to it unless you add sauces. I remember back in the day when it at least had a pepper taste. They stuck some salt and pepper on it now it’s just bland. It’s OK for grabbing something quick, I wish McDonald’s would take more pride and how their food taste. As far as the service, it’s usually young kids, which they don’t care to give you any type of friendly service. They just ring in and get you out of there. Some of the older people at least have a personality and are pleasant to deal with but overall I think McDonald’s needs to work on providing better tasting food and better friendlier customer service, like the customer mean something to them. As far as the atmosphere, it’s just a atmosphere of a place just to sit down and eat I’d have a better atmosphere sitting out in the sun on a sunny day. I debated whether to give it a two star three star but I wanted to be nice and give them a three star but again I would like from McDonald’s to train impress upon their employees to give better friendlier more welcoming service. If I found a McDonald’s that did that that McDonald’s in particular would definitely always get my business, even if I had to travel out-of-the-way just to get to him.
I have eaten at McDonald's in 11 different countries and all across the United States. THIS McDonald's had a professional vibe that radiated throughout their immaculate store. The managers and staff looked like they loved what they did and enjoyed serving the customers. There were smiles all around. THE BEST SEEN TO DATE.

I was asking about an item on the menu and the drive thru speaker lady decided to add it to my order, then when I tried to explain to her what I actually wanted and she interrupted with “I ALREADY ADDED IT I ALREADY ADDED IT.” ???? Ma’am you’re making this exchange longer, can you simmer down? Like I understand you’re trying to rush. 😅
Otherwise the food was ok and they got it right in the end lol
Sometimes the food is under heat lamp to long... Bread dryed out and to crusty... Fries soggy but most of the time it is ok...
The staff here is generally very efficient, the only area they sometimes struggle is at the register. I suggest using the self ordering machines if you are in a hurry. Food is good, consistent McDonald's food, and they always got my orders correct, even though I modify pretty much every order. Restaurant is generally clean. I stayed in the motel behind the restaurant quite a while and ate here quite a bit and never had any problems.
I like this McDonald's because it gives you fast service and get your order right all the time on the other McDonald's leave out stuff and when you're in a hurry when you get back and you check your there's always something and then you don't want to drive all the way back and rush hour to go get it so you call but nobody answers the phone and that you come back in with your receipt later on and then it's like they look at you like it was there you know I don't like that this is the best McDonald's in Tulsa Hills
Crispy chicken sandwich rarely disappoints
Her pounder Deluxe has the potential of being a awesome sandwich cause I had one but the last 5 I've got are horrible and I don't think the employees really care

Wonderful people working thru the PD. This is the last time theses wonderful people were without a mask now there are mask and the whole drill of no serving yourself no refills in same cup kinda gig going on.
This McDonald's never gets ur order wrong!
Chandler should be proud.
In town for a funeral, I made a mistake on my order and no questions, they fixed me right up!
