The best thing about Jimmy John's is there system is spot on. Even when the service isn't the best you get a consistently perfect sandwich. I will definitely try this location again as I'm sure the service was only off because they only had one employee working.
Their online order system was down and when I called in to order over the phone they were still having technical difficulties. I was on hold for maybe a minute and their computers were being slow when I was checking out. Just to be nice, they gave me my order for free even though I wasn't inconvenie
Mother in law came from out of town and wanted to try Jimmy Johns. We ordered a large amount of "Boxed lunches", the order got messed up somewhere down the line but "Isaac" was more than happy to fix our order. The sandwiches are kind of pricey but the customer service made it worth it.
Have always had great service and respectful people. Orders have always been correct and taste great! I've even had delivery a few times and they really are fast! I like it so much I think I'm going to order a sandwich right now!

Its nothing like subway or Quiznos, better quality meat the only downside for some may be not being toasted but I assure you this doesn't need to be. Its delicious from start to finish, and don't forget the big pickle at the end.
