Attended the State Interpreter Conference for Sign Language Interpreters OKRID and the luncheon was the best conference meal I have ever experienced. The flavors, the healthy choices, the beauty of the display was amazing. I highly recommend Red Thistle Catering Co to anyone for any occasion.

We've known Hope since her days at Ciao Baby, but the Mother's Day Brunch yesterday was an incredible slap to my dormant taste buds! The Fried Cauliflower appetizer was a wonderful portent to what was coming up -- a magnificent blend of tastes, spices and textures. And the Caldo Verde, coupled with the best jalapeno cornbread I've had in years! I think I dreamed about it last night...
