I absolutely loved the sausage cheeseburger. Delicious flavor and a great size too. There were many different things on the menu that sounded very good. Highly recommend and when I'm back in Tulsa, I will definitely stop back in!
This is a great little family place! The atmosphere is chill, the servers are fantastic, and the food is bomb!! They have the best onion rings, and you HAVE to try the sausage burger! My server Alex was super sweet, helpful and she recommend ranch for the onion rings, which I never tried before, but wow! It was delish! I will definitely return.

Great service. Good food. Every Ron's isnt the same price or menus so u have to watch for that. Got a hamburger steak and it came with cottage cheese and coleslaw but was out of coleslaw and WOULD NOT substitute for a salad (not cool) closed early at 2pm due to short staff but we came in at 156 on and they had no problem serving us. So it has its food and bads.
I feel one of the best chillies in town. I know a lot of people swear by each place they love but I can say this place does not have grease floating on the top lots of meat and the shredded cheese is freshly shredded which makes a huge difference in the taste!
We've eaten at Ron's every once in a while for decades. And the things that bring us back every time are the Mexican Steak and the Spanish Fries. The "steak" is a large patty of a hamburger and sausage mix covered with cheese and their excellent chili, with some jalapenos on top. And the fries have grilled onions and jalapenos mixed in. Both are delicious and filling, especially on a cold windy winter day like it was on this visit.
The interior of this place is a little dark, dingy and dirty but the food is definitely delicious, satisfying and amazing. You definitely don't go back for the ambiance, you go for awesome burgers and fried treats. The sausage burgers, are great and all the sides won't disappoint!
First visit and the two sisters at this location were AWESOME. Very personable. The burger and O-rings were great. Definetly a nice dining experience and on my list of places to go to again.
Pulled in 5 minutes before they closed. I felt bad, I had thought they were open a hour later. I felt guilty for ordering so much just before they closed, as a restaurant worker, I understand how it feels when someone orders just before close. But they were polite and accommodating.
I love love Ron's. Friendly service. Need something? Just ask them.
Best burgers. Juicy! I was so tired of the dry burger. Or oversized "gourmet" burgers. I mean a burger is a burger whether you put avocados on it or tomato and pickles! And the fries! Fresh cut. Not frozen! Can't go wrong here.
If your experience at Ron's Hamburger and Chili is all I can say go eat a Gourmet Burger. A good old regular burger is wasted on you! 😉
(I've waited ages to say that!)
All Ron's customers will miss him but the restaurants his family are still running are great! I was a customer of the original 15th & Harvard location where Ron and his kids served up the best burgers, chili and fries..Don't forget the great chilled mugs of root beer. We miss you Ron! My favorite locale is 15th & Denver now!
