Good food. Really like their Monday special because you get a lot of bang for your buck. I dislike that my farmhouse bagel didn't have a hole in it. Is it still considered a bagel if it has no hole?

Love getting bagels here. Only issue is that they have had cinnamon bagels (my fav) just one single time regardless of the day or time I've visited. If not for that I'd give it five stars.

Stop by here every morning for coffee and sometimes tempted to give in to the excellent and tasty variety of bagels, sandwiches and pastries. The best thing about this place? THE PEOPLE!! The best staff of managers and employees of any food business I've visited.

Food is fantastic. The gourmet bagels are killer but run out soon. The service is good depending on who is manning the drive through. In short, food is great, service and availability of product is inconsistent.

I love this place but the customer service was kind if terrible. I felt super pressured to quickly order by the man who checked me out and he was really rude and impolite. The food is good though

Ordered Nova Lox sandwich, it came with no lox. Called & Shift Leader said he would make a new one. Went back and got new one with 2 small pieces of lox - 1 small piece on each half. Nothing compared to previous orders or picture! Shift Leader was very polite.

The staff is always polite and the food and coffee is fresh. I go there as much as I can and have converted my in-laws over from another restaurant that starts with a "P". If I could give it more then 5 stars I would.

Food is consistent always good! This morning I had an awful experience inside Einstein’s, the manager (woman) that was working this morning was belittling the two men working aside her. It made me so uncomfortable to witness this that I will not be going to this location again. I believe strongly in pulling someone aside and speaking to them and or talking to a co-worker or employee respectfully even when messing up an order. The outcome of her belittling was back firing and causing the two employees to get so nervous they were forgetting what they were doing and getting mixed up. Not a great way to start my Monday.

I went to a bagel place on Labor Day. You would expect a bagel place to have bagels! Wrong they had only 2 bagels left, honey wheat and it would be an hour before they had any either a plain or an Asiago bagel. This was at 11:00 am. Hope they were not going to have a lunch rush. I am astonished a bagel place without bagels.<br/>

Beyond slow. I don't usually write bad reviews. I'm not writing against Einstein Bagels which are yummy but mgmnt is key and this particular establishment needs help. They are just too slow when not busy at all. Drive thru is not only for convenience but speed, and it takes 10 mins. Their entire menu isn't featured and help isn't helpful. Waaay too pricey for all this.

Not like the other location. Ordering takes a long time, receiving the food longer and it definitely doesn't rate the price for a lunch. My bagel sandwich was pretty bland and the tomatoes tasted like thawed out frozen ones. My friend liked hers even less. This location doesn't have some of the items the other does. Guess it is up to the franchisee or whoever owns as what they might and might not have on the menu.
