Customer Service was excellent... I couldn't decide what I wanted because everything sounded so good and staff was extremely patient with me. The strawberry banana smoothie was paradise!!!

Good food. Really like their Monday special because you get a lot of bang for your buck. I dislike that my farmhouse bagel didn't have a hole in it. Is it still considered a bagel if it has no hole?
Love getting bagels here. Only issue is that they have had cinnamon bagels (my fav) just one single time regardless of the day or time I've visited. If not for that I'd give it five stars.
Always get breakfast @ Einstein Bros when I'm in Tulsa.
Stop by here every morning for coffee and sometimes tempted to give in to the excellent and tasty variety of bagels, sandwiches and pastries. The best thing about this place? THE PEOPLE!! The best staff of managers and employees of any food business I've visited.
Came to the 71st and Yale location here in Tulsa, and Austin (shift manager) was AMAZING. Good dude. And the food and chai tea was phenomenal. It was Tuesday (10/5) a round 230...
Food is fantastic. The gourmet bagels are killer but run out soon. The service is good depending on who is manning the drive through. In short, food is great, service and availability of product is inconsistent.
Found another fantastic breakfast eatery for our Saturday routine. Will try one from their tempting list one at a time.
