Ordered a full slab of ribs. Ribs were cooked perfectly. I prefer a heavy sweet dry rub on my ribs, these were essentially unseasoned. Natural smoked. Always a good meal! Bought the tailgate meal. Also, bought a rack of ribs. Lots of flavor and tender meats. Pulled pork, sliced brisket and Turkey. Mac & cheese, green beans and loaded potato salad.
