This place made me wish that I was a good critic. Cajun Ed's was AMAZING. For those looking for less of a Cajun taste, the grilled chicken was exceptional! The Crawfish Etouffee was amazing. I will definitely be back!

A great meal. Good size for sure. Not as spicy as expected. Rachel was very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to us. (We also had the place to ourselves 5 o'clock Friday) Perhaps a bit pricy $11 for a crawfish po boy. The turduken was very juicy and hot. The toffee as an after dinner treat was a nice touch. Pleasant overall experience.

First time visit....new favorite. Wow! !!!!
Excellent food....just right for those who like Cajun without the extreme heat...they have extras to heat the flavor if that is your fancy....definitely will go back and soon. ....10 thumbs up.....

Best kept secret in Tulsa. We absolutely loved it. We walked right in and got a table, can't believe there was no line. It was 4:30 on Saturday, a little early. But not that early. Wife had the boiled seafood platter and the bread pudding. Excellent. I had the alligator bites. Small but very good. Then I had the Turducken. Also very good. We will be back. Also they sell uncooked meat and seafood. This is where we buy live crawfish for our spring crawfish boil every year. They have alligator boudin and lots more. Today I bought a rack of beef baby back ribs, won't find those everywhere for sure. Check it out to eat or just shop for meats like bone in rib eye etc....

Good Seafood. When in season, this is the place in Tulsa to get boiled crawdads with all the sides. Seafood here has always been great. Their red beans and rice is usually great, but my last visit the beans were just a bit too soft (overcooked).

The takeout meat market is top notch for Cajun goodies, like stuffed deboned chicken and stuffed shrimp.

If in South Tulsa and wanting non-pretentious seafood, stop on in.

This place is amazing. It is legit Louisiana fare. And it is so much more than a restaurant. It is a store for unique Cajun ingredients. Love it! Awesome service.

We arrived at 3:15 on a Wednesday and had the whole place to ourselves. Food was delicious and the service was exceptional. There were so many menu options we had a hard time deciding. So we started with shared crab and shrimp cakes with their special remoulade sauce and a bowl of low country gumbo with potato salad. The food was so good I didn't even stop to take pictures! Our main dishes were both etouffee; his shrimp, mine crawfish. These came with a lovely corn dish and an average cole slaw. We had fully intended on taking half of this food home with us, but we couldn't stop eating because it was so delicious! We finished off with 3 puffy beignets. The restaurant features an extensive spice & sauce bar so that you can add as much seasoning as you like to make your meal perfectly customized! Don't forget to look behind the French Quarter sign for the unique selection of beer! We also picked up some frozen chicken andouille, Zatarain's mustard, and etouffee sauce mix for cooking at home. I highly recommend this restaurant! We will be returning and trying everything on their menu.

Ed’s Cajun Hebert’s Specialty Meats is an odd name and Oklahoma is an odd place to expect to find authentic Cajun food. But that’s exactly what we found. Gumbo, alligator, frog legs, shrimp, crawfish, and catfish was just some of the well-known Cajun delicacies that this place featured on the menu; oh by the way, since it’s a specialty meat store, if you choose not to dine in you can also select a variety of meats to take home and cook yourself. The ambience was eclectic. The service was very good. And the food was above average. Definitely if you’re craving Cajun and you find yourself in Tulsa. This is a good place to go.

Went on a Saturday afternoon right before lunch ended..I had shrimp etouffee with a butter cream sauce entree with green beans and my sweetie just had the cup of etouffee with a piece of garlic bread. It had good flavor, kinda low on the baby shrimp (pun intended) but the green beans were definitely fire! Seasoned perfectly and a nice big scoop in a monkey dish was enough to share. I love sweets, so I got the bourbon bread pudding..OMG. A soft delicious explosion in my mouth of butter, bourbon sauce and some cranberries that gave a little tartness was the finishing piece to a hearty lunch. Just some sweet tea to drink but they offer frozen hurricanes if interested. Will try again for dinner! FYI.. this place is nirvana if you need stock of any sort for home cajun cooking AND they have meats galore plus turdurken! A must stop on my list.

It's a little more rundown than it used to be, they definitely need to do some renovation. I really enjoy this place for authentic Cajun Foods. I am from Louisiana myself, this place has been a staple for us. The services are pretty good, and an authentic experience. Plenty of good Frozen meats, but you have to pay for it of course. I highly suggest and rate this place for all Cajun food lovers!

I usually love everything I get from here but the gumbo really lacked any kind of spice or flavor I was looking for. The red beans and rice were excellent! I will be back to try more things.

Loved my visit here, what an awsome dining experience. The food was incredible! Two words: crawfish tamales. First time having turduckin and if I had the space I would have bought one from them just to take home and consume with little to no shame alone, Gollum style. The daiquiri I ordered was good and strong, nice and boozy if you will. Will definitely endure Tulsa traffic just to come back to this place again.

Visiting Tulsa and wanted some Cajun food. This little spot is pretty good. Clean restaurant. Food has a good flavor and if you want more, they have a flavor bar with seasonings and hot sauces to add to your food. The gentleman who took our order was very helpful. I will definitely go back before I leave.

We have bought turduckens from them in the past and my family loved them. Saw they moved to Tulsa after hurricane Katrina and we went to sample their fair. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, good food. Their products are on display to sell, including their meats. Kid friendly and ADA compliant.
