Went to the one in west Tulsa 1st due to running errands at Tulsa hills. Never again. Place was closing at 3 poor customer service , limited food choices & not clean. So we stopped at this one in Bixby/Memorial on our way home. Great customer service,greatfood & restaurant was very clean. Will definitely be back.

We were so disappointed. My wife picked up chicken for her and my son and I. She ordered fried and dark meat for me. I got baked and it was a leg/thigh combo that was extremely small. My wife ordered a baked breast and it was a bit bigger than the small thigh I got.
I am so glad that Roy's is opening in Jenks. It is shameful when a restaurant scams it's customers to make a bit more money.

Excellent food and customer service. Lady in drive thru checked each order individually to ensure everything was correct. Can’t tell you how much this is appreciated these days as there’s nothing worse then getting your order wrong. Food is always good!

Good food. Fast service. Sunday special was turkey and dressing. Pice was reasonable. Side portions were large. No chicken tenders but they have chunks with were real good.

4/4/22 Tried the catfish and broccoli grape salad at Charlie's for the first time. So glad I did, both were very good!
Earlier 2022: Hubby & I both ordered the chicken fried steak dinner. The steaks were crispy on the outside & tender on the inside - perfect! The sides were cooked & flavored just right. The staff were friendly, upbeat & both of us enjoyed our interactions with each & every one. While this may not seem important to some people, hubby is notoriously anti-people, & commented 2 or 3 times how nice he thought one of the staff was. Win all the way around, Charlie's!
