Brookside Diner

A great hole in the wall gem. Don't go here to have the time of your life, but go there for some great food and service. Everything on the menu is great. It is one of the best breakfasts in town. Their Ruben was fantastic! Save room for desert because they have some of the best banana cream pie in town. Becoming one of my favorite places to eat in town.

If you haven't been here, WHY NOT??? This place is WONDERFUL!! The food is AWESOME!!! Can't say enough about it! The staff is right on top of everything, the food, well already said it!! I mean, I had no idea! I absolutely love it! Was just driving by one day, saw the sign, and BAM!! So very glad I did!!! I would recommend this place HIGHLY!! Wish I could give 10 or more stars!! Try it, you not only like it, you'll LOVE IT!!

I am always nervous getting turkey dinners at restaurants. It is so hit and miss. So many times it’s that nasty pressed turkey loaf. But, decided to be brave and so glad I was. Their turkey dinner was out of this world. Real turkey and very tasty. Two huge servings of chunky mashed potatoes. Best dressing I have ever had. All topped with yummy gravy. All that.. Plus a huge dinner roll and side salad. All that for less than 10 dollars. I also hear on Wednesday’s they have a lasagna special that is a size of a dinner plate. Yes please. Sign me up. And let us not forget about the service. Our waitress Tasha. She was so sweet and great at what she does.

We needed a break from fried food while we were vacationing and this diner delivered. The kiddos chowed down on what they claimed was the best spaghetti ever! I had the chicken stir fry that was a heaping platter of delicious chicken and vegetables done to perfection. My husband had breakfast and he cleaned his plate. We had several conversations with our waitress about how, even as hot as it was it still wasn't as bad as our weather back home with the high humidity. When we left she gave us a free gigantic cinnamon roll to have for breakfast.
