The diner was clean and the staff friendly. The classic eggs Benedict and the Charleston shrimp and grits were great—especially the grits dish. It was unique and delicious. For a weekday visit, the diner stayed pretty full and busy.

We went to Metro Diner’s soft opening today and the food was delicious! I enjoyed the Mango Breeze iced tea also! Everything on the menu is served all day and, best of all, is made from scratch. Hubby and I are looking forward to trying more items on their menu.

Great diner food. Chicken and waffles, pulled pork over Mac and cheese with cornbread waffles. Creative combination to be sure. Staff is friendly, service is good. Portions are generous. Definitely worth you time to stop and get a good meal.
I really enjoy the atmosphere and the service. The food menu is great and every plate so far has tasted wonderful. Large portion servings leaves you asking for a doggy bag and another meal of fantastic leftovers.
