Review Timmy's Diner - Tulsa

Five stars all the way! Great little cafe with the friendliest staff and great food. Stopped in for the first time for breakfast and I have to say that it won't be my last. Chorizo omelet is awsome. This is the first time in forever that I couldn't eat all the food that was brought out. Hands down, the best breakfast in Tulsa, OK.

I love local and this place is it! Great people and good food! The food is home made especially the biscuits amazing and fresh!! The only problem is owner is a OU fan and had a teddy bear from the orange bowl in 2001 against FSU when they beat us for the Natty....👎 BUT THE FOOD IS GOOD LOL!!!

Excellent breakfast, real good food (not greasey), fantastic staff, great atmosphere. A lot of college football memorabilia OU, OSU and some others. Lots of pictures, definitely a good fine for a family restaurant. Added new photo of the perfect lunch.thyanks to the cook and staff at this family run diner.

Great place for getting some good food. Not quite the server speed you want. But its good home style food at a great price.

This was one of the best breakfast places I have been to in awhile. I had the tropical omelet which was yummy and fulfilling! I will definitely be back!

I eat here often on the weekend. They have some of the best options for all people. I don't eat pork and have turkey bacon and Turley sausage on the menu. I love how it feels so diverse and local. Grease spoon diner and so good.

It was our first time eatting at Timmy's & it will not be our last. The food & service were great. Wife got the state fare & i got the country benedict, both were great. The biscuits were fresh & so was the coffee.

Good place to eat! Clean, quick, and tasty food. Nice atmosphere with old school Diner feel. Pictured: These are 10 Ingredient, 5 egg omelets. Ya, you read that right. Huooge! Very tasty. The biscuit (only 1 BTW) was a let down. Supposedly made on site, it had a pre-packaged freezer burn taste and very dry. But I'm picky about my biscuits. I reserve 5 stars for consistency so next time I'm in the area I'll try again then adjust or leave the review accordingly.

May have found my new favorite breakfast spot. This place was great. I had the State Fair breakfast. Three biscuits and gravy topped with bacon and ham with hash browns... Hash browns were cooked perfectly, their biscuits are the best I've had in recent memory. Service was every bit as good as the food.(friendly, attentive and professional) I will be coming back to this place. Highly recommended for breakfast

It was our first time at Timmy’s and it was fantastic. The food was the best diner food I’ve eaten in a long time. I ordered the patty melt and it was on perfectly toasted rye bread. It was crunchy which is how it should be. The meat cooked to order and tasted fresh. The grilled onions were perfect and the cheese was plentiful and gooey. I even liked the French fries, they were crisp and fresh too. The prices were extremely reasonable. And the service, it was excellent. I never had to ask for a refill on my drink, and that is a big deal for me. I also appreciated how the waitresses covered for each other and helped with all the tables. I will be back, I have to try the chickens fried steak and all those breakfast dishes.

Food was good but it could have used a little bit more seasoning but the eggs benedict was good.... The waitress was nice and friendly and came to the table often to make sure we were good

It’s all you can ask for in Diner. The staff were friendly, the service was great, and the food was amazing. I ordered the Timmy’s Breakfast because of another review and it was a solid choice. I highly recommend it.

Back on 03 January, Ian and I were headed to Muskogee to do some work on my Mom’s house, and we decided to hit lunch in Tulsa. We tried a couple places that were closed, then noticed Timmy’s, and the fact that it was near US169, so we decided to try it. We got there about 1330. Ian had a CFS dinner; the CFS was clearly breaded up right there. It was pretty darn good, tender, and I liked the gravy as well.

I'm not a diner chick. Like at all. But this food is so good. Service is excellent - you can tell these people have been here and working together for a long time because it is a well-oiled machine. Try it! The basura is excellent!!!

Great great breakfast spot. Over off 31st east of 169 on the north side of the road. One of the best diner type breakfast spots. Omelette served as the best I have had. I prefer their home fries over hash browns. Very good biscuit and gravy. Service is good. Decor is wired inside but worth the trip! Good coffee and they are always right they to refill your cup with you want. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a good breakfast.

Timmy's Breakfast. This is one of the yummiest "scramble" type breakfasts ever. Hash browns perfectly brown and crisp yet not greasy, filled with meat and cheese and perfectly cooked eggs.
Jonathan Giuliano
Very good Eggs Benedict and amazing French Toast made with homemade bread!

Timmy's Breakfast Restaurant

Two of our members visited Timmy’s Restaurant today. Timmy’s is located on the north side of 31st Street, just west of Garnett Road. The restaurant is open Monday – Saturday 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM and serves Breakfast and Lunch all day.

The owners started in the restaurant business 15 years ago, originally known and Jimmy’s Egg. The breakfast menu is extensive, ranging from flavored pancakes, waffles, French toast, a wide variety of omelets (build your own), and traditional eggs your way and “Signature Breakfasts.” The list goes on to offer “Big Boy” Breakfasts, Low Carb, offerings for juniors, and a side order listing of more than 20 items.

The Fast Breakers each choose the Timmy’s Signature Breakfast. This breakfast comes with a generous helping of hash browns stuffed with ham, sausage, bacon, tomato, and green onions all finely chopped, covered with American cheese. We each selected poached eggs (3) and choice of one with toast and the other enjoyed a biscuit with sausage gravy.

The wait staff was attentive, bringing hot coffee every 5 to 10 minutes. Our orders arrived in a timely manner and we were impressed with overall décor of Timmy’s restaurant. Our rating is A.

Diamond in the rough! Very good breakfast with healthy alternatives!!! Will be returning!

Why all the hype?. Typical modern day restaurant. Some items from scratch, some from obviously prepared, microwaved items. The sausage patty was especially disgusting. Not much different than Jimmy's egg. Well marketed with a solid staff. But the food is over-hyped.

Disappointed. We have dined at Timmy's several times and always enjoyed it.............until today. I ordered the Country Benedict, and when it arrived at our table it was barely warm and the hash browns were cold. They made me another one, but the waitress commented that to make sure it was hot enough they had also put it in the microwave! Why should a restaurant have to microwave supposedly fresh cooked food to make it hot enough?? This makes one wonder if the food really is freshly prepared or is it all microwaved? Not so sure we'll go back to Timmy's.

My wife and I eat at Timmy's every Sunday for breakfast and find that everything on their menu is good. The help is very good and always there to fresh'n up your coffee. Next time your in, say hello to Lee Ann.

Best breakfast we've ever had. Accommodated special requests with a smile. Great service too. Will come again next time I'm in town.

Good breakfast. I eat at Timmy's Egg often and I always get the same thing. The breakfast item they list on the menu as Garbage is excellent and I always want to come again and again for that great breakfast. Food is good, service is good, prices are fair and portions are large. This is the same restaurant that used to be named Jimmy's Egg and has the same menu.
