Silver Skillet Family Diner

Silver Skillet always hits the spot. Have enjoyed everything I've tried and same with those I've dined with. From omelets, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, lasagna, turkey dinner, patty melt, Philly cheesesteak sandwich, always good. Great iced tea and coffee as well. Something for everyone there which makes it a great option. And the portions are so generous!! Definitely worth your hard-earned money. And staff is always so friendly! Whether the manager or waitstaff, they all make you feel welcome and interact so well together.

Amazing home cooking with an extremely large menu selection. This diner is a definite “must try” location. Staff is extremely friendly and the manager, Mo, will make you feel like you are right at home. The food portions are quite large. Silver Skillet is definitely on the local favorites list. I’ll continue to try the menu and post my favorites. Also, Monday-Friday 4PM till close you get a complimentary slice of pie with the purchase of an entree. I’ve only had great, great food so far. The atmosphere is relaxed; definitely swing by.

This is the second year my little family has eaten Thanksgiving here. Both years were excellent. The food is amazing and the portions were double what each of us good eat. Leftovers are one of the perks of Thanksgiving. Our waitress this year, Julie, was on point. The place was packed but she still had the ability to predict what we wanted or needed at every opportunity. I know I could never handle all that she was with the grace and customer service she had. She deserves a raise. I definitely recommend this place any year you decide you don't want the hassle of cooking.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. We stumbled upon it while shopping and so glad we did. The food was excellent. Had fish with homemade tartar sauce. The best sauce I ever had. The owners were friendly and even offered us free chocolate pie because we had never been there before. The pie was delicious. We will definitely eat there again.
