El Rancho Grande - Tulsa - Photo album

Great food. I enjoyed the food with my wife. She said the rice is not Mexican though. She’s from Mexico and said the rice is Spain/Spanish rice. I liked it. It’s still a good restaurant with a good Mexican atmosphere. The building is old but it’s been in business for 70 years and is on Route 66. Goo
Our server What's so attentive... the food was excellent and very authentic ... 👌 Fast friendly service.. Will definitely be coming back!
Born and raised in Tulsa and this was my first time to try this restaurant. Service was great when we walked in the door. Will definitely going back! Ate a bit of my steak before remembering to take a picture of it. 😊
I very much enjoyed my visit, the service and atmosphere are pleasant. The food was out standing!!! The Taco Al Carbon is of the charts!!! The only detractor was the refried beans were super thin, they tasted fine, and there a side item. So, I am not detoured in the least. I was flying solo this vi
Another year has passed and another great year of experiences here. The staff is always friendly and the food is always good. This restaurant has been a staple in this town for more years than i have been alive. Even after all this time this great place still brings in the customers. On a recent Sat
I can confidently say, that at the time of this review this is my favorite new Mexican Restaurant in Tulsa. I guess they have been around since the 1960's for a reason! The atmosphere is great, the food was phenomenal, the service and recommendation made by the server was on point! Highlight is hard
This has become our go to Mexican restaurant in town! We love sitting in the bar area upstairs as we feel that you get better service there. I have been ordering the vaquero and love it! Drinks are good too! We enjoying the chips and dips as well! It’s a great place and I’m glad tulsa is lucky enou
Luis was our server. This man was the best server I have ever had. Every action was with purpose and speed. He ran laps around the other staff and anticipated our needs. He is the only server I have tipped that high for in years. The atmosphere inside was great. Outside (beyond the restaurants con
Great little gem on 11th. Service was fast and friendly, food was tasteful and lots of options and the overall experience was outstanding. We will be back. The only downfall I found was the salsa was too hot for me so we ordered queso too.
The main entrees were fantastic, and their queso was awesome. The rice and bean sides were fairly lackluster in comparison. The guacamole salad that comes with some plates was an absolute mystery: shredded lettuce, diced tomato, a scoop of guacamole, and what tasted like store bought taco sauce. The
It was so great! Our food was good and we ate ALL of it lol and I rarely do that. Fajita burrito was awesome. Lettuce and veggies in my burrito were fresh and crisp. You could tell our food did not sit around at all before being delivered.
I’m personally a really picky eater when it comes to Mexican food but this is probably my favorite Mexican restaurant in Tulsa right now. The service was amazing ( I didn’t catch the man’s name but he was amazing and really sweet) the food was delicious and I happily cleared my plate hence the photo
We are driving Route 66 from Chicago to L.A. We heard about this place in several Rt. 66 guidebooks and thought we would give it a try and see if it measured up to Mexican restaurants in the Chicago area. The food was excellent. From the moment we entered through the front door, the staff was quick
So I finally stopped by to check this place out. I opted to go to the cantina upstairs rather than be seated at a table. It wasn't busy, so that helped me get to know the server and bartender better. Both were quite friendly and fun! I ordered a chicken taco, tamale, rice and beans. The tamale
I ALWAYS get the nighthawk, but I changed it up and got the spinach enchilada! Will probably never get anything else! Totally spinach! With cheese on the outside and roasted garlic that is to die for! I usually come on Friday night sit upstairs in the cantina It is always an incredible atmosphere to
Great salsa and the best service you'll find!
Very unique place. Friendly and fast service, food was a good size portion for a really hungry person or enough to have leftovers if not. Unique in the building and atmosphere, cool vibe and not chaotic even in the middle of lunch. Definitely returning for a different dish and some more of the Colora
