Baxter's Interurban Grill

Met here for lunch with 8 former coworkers. They took great care of us. Broad menu. Really good food. Great service. This is a perfect place to meet when everyone seems to be coming from different directions. That is, easy access to highways, free parking, etc... This was the 3rd or 4th time we've met here for lunch and we'll be back!

This place is awesome!!! We ordered through Grubhub, so there’s always some type of challenges. But the management and restaurant staff, we’re so pleasant and wanted to help with the substitution, there were no issues. The manager contacted us when they were out of a particular dessert, I took her recommendation of the carrot cake and it’s amazing. Our food came packaged, Perfectly. nothing was spilled, and the order was absolutely correct minus one issue, we didn’t get our stuff mushrooms, which was kind of a bummer because we were looking forward too. But that’s OK. It just gives us another reason to order out again with them. Just a quick sidenote, on to go orders if you get a salad, the dressing side is not enough for their awesome salad. So you’re gonna want to request extra dressing, and the ranch is light and flavorful. Top four dishes, the country fried steak, cheeseburger, and french fries(my eight-year-old gobbled it down and did not want to share),the chicken, penne Alfredo and a carrot cake, it’s mind blowing!!! Oh, one more thing, it wasn’t over priced. You’ve got a large portion of food for the price.

I was expecting it to be just like any other regular restaurant but this place is good. They had a Blackened Salmon Caesar Salad that day and I was incredibly happy with how they cooked the salmon. Usually, most restaurants over cook the salmon till it's dry 😢 but this place cooked it perfectly. It was well seasoned, juicy and melted in your mouth like a good cooked salmon should. It was delicious! Their caesar dressing was also perfection. The honey pepper bacon burger was also freaking amazing. Love this place and will be coming back :)

09-27-2023 in with a large group. I had a Buffalo chicken salad with blue cheese dressing. The plentiful chicken was spicy (good) with real lettuce [no field greens or garden clippings]. The stuffed mushrooms with baguette sized garlic toast were very good. Friendly service was timely and iced teas and waters refilled often. I liked the single two-sided menu with items that covered popular choices you would expect.

I truly enjoyed my first experience at Baxters. It came highly recommended to me from a client of mine, and I'm glad I finally tried it. I joined a friend there, and we both had burgers and drinks. She had their black bean burger and said it had great flavor, and she would definitely order it again. I had their Honey pepper bacon burger, and it was cooked perfectly for me. Plus, it's fun to say.... Honey pepper bacon burger. See, it's fun :) The service was good and so were the drinks. Will definitely be returning soon. Their menu is fairly diverse, so I'm looking forward to trying more. Thanks!
