Review The Vault - Tulsa

Really unique restaurant location. Excellent food and drink options. Some of the best food our group had during our time in Tulsa. I enjoyed the comics on the wall. Staff was very friendly.

A great day for a business lunch in Downtown Tulsa. It was such a great day we decided to dine on the patio. We started with the Bruschetta 3 ways - I would definitely recommend! We also ordered the Cheese Fries - not recommended. The fries came out with our added bacon but not nearly enough cheese! For lunch I choose the Top Shelf Burger medium rare. They missed the mark on that! It was still good but halfway through I had to ditch the brioche bun as it turned soggy. As my side I chose the Auto Bank Salad and that was right on the mark and would recommend. Our server was spot on and the wait time for our food was reasonable.

Pretty unique restaurant as far as the building goes. Had a decent meal here; I got the Top Shelf Burger with fries. The burger was alright, but I did really enjoy the fries. Also got a slice of key lime pie and it was fantastic. Service was meh, we weren't checked on a lot and our food took a while to come out even though they didn't seem that busy.

We went there for a fund raiser, Tulsa Foundation for Architecture "A Haunted Tulsa Cocktail class. We had dinner before the class on making certain cocktails in the Tom Tom room above this restaurant. It was very good. My wife and family enjoyed the festivities.

Absolutely loved our experience at the Vault! We were in town for a concert and struggled with finding a special place to eat- we actually left another place that was lacking, to come here. It did not disappoint! I am vegetarian (not vegan) but my husband is a pure carnivore and finding places we both can enjoy can be difficult. They had something for everyone! The food was bursting with flavor, and very fresh. Our drinks were top notch.. best of all, our bartender Chris was fantastic!. If you have different people with different tastes this is the place! It’s so hard to find a place that actually makes tasty food for vegetarians and doesn’t just throw a gross impossible patty on their menu… I think most true vegetarians won’t even eat those! I loved how you could take a simple dish like the pasta and either add garbanzo beans or sausage… boom! I don’t get why other restaurants can’t grasp this concept.. We will definitely go again next time we’re in Tulsa. Highly recommend!

Rachel and Troy were awesome behind the bar. The brunch menu was so good. My girlfriend and I split a meal and out plates came out perfectly split for us. Couldn’t recommend The Vault enough.

My friend and I did the Tulsa Foundation for Architecture’s cocktail class here! The staff and the owner were so nice. Food and drinks were amazing as well. I want to go back for a regular dinner soon! We got the steak and shared it through the cocktail class and I have to say that was one of, if not THE best, steaks we have ever had. Amazing flavor, tender, juicy. Just amazing!

Wonderful place that while it looks a bit too upscale from the outside, is truly a come as you are restaurant. You'll fit right in if you're in a t-shirt and jeans or a 3 piece suit. The menu was great to have options to anybody without worrying about catering to any particular taste. I had the Clipper Ship Chicken and it exceeded expectations. I live in Missouri and will be making a trip back at some point. Well worth the 2 hour drive just for the food.

This place killed it in all the things! 1st my relaxing view in the shade was perfect! Exactly what I was hoping for! 2nd the bartender not only made me a fantastic dirty martini but she made me feel like I was the one person in the restaurant. 3rd the pineapple upside down pancakes and avocado toast 3 ways was insanely delicious!

The parking was very convenient for a downtown restaurant. The hostess was cheerful, and the waitstaff were friendly and professional. The crusted salmon was delicious and the atmosphere was really cool. It’s definitely a spot worth checking out

The food for all three of our dishes was honestly fantastic! We came when a party was booked for downstairs and the ambiance wasn’t quite as cute upstairs but we didn’t make a reservation so that’s how the cookie crumbled. Service was great. Lighting could do with being dimmed in the evening. Some of the tables and seats could be touched up but great price for good food.

We had such a great brunch sitting out on the patio. The views of downtown Tulsa were fantastic! Honestly, everything we ordered was incredible. Kale salad doesn’t sound like it would be good for brunch, but I am telling you it was so savory and worth ordering! The Top Shelf Benny was so so good too! And you have to have a little sweet with the savory. So we ordered the pineapple pancakes and French toast. The pancakes were super yummy and with the French toast you got to sample all three kinds! 😋 Most of the table was drinking Bloody Marys which everyone agreed were sone of the best! I shared a pineapple carafe… my mimosas did seem pretty weak and not very bubbly, but that was the only thing that wasn’t perfect. I will order the Bloody Mary next time. I 💯 recommend trying brunch at The Vault! Be sure to make a reservation especially if you want to sit outside on the patio, which I recommend doing as well! This is a new favorite! I will definitely be back!

Food was very good. Well seasoned. Fantastic portion size for lunch. Also loved the menu size. Plenty of items to choose from. We actually came for brunch only to learn it’s only offered on weekends. Unfortunately there is nothing exciting to be said whatsoever of the service. Would still return and recommend.

Love this place. Great vegan (and non) food, super service, and cool atmosphere. And… classy cocktails! Wish they had music to fit the theme

A fun find in the downtown north Tulsa near the community college. An old bank they have turned into a small but wonderful restaurant. Great food, the fish and the ravioli are great dishes, but everything looked wonderful on other tables and on the menu. The service was great but we weren’t there for long. Good for lunch and dinner.

This place was a perfect lunch spot in downtown Tulsa. It is just so calm in a beautiful bright setting. They have kept true to the original design, and it is gloriously retro. The coloring is relaxing. Our waitress was so friendly and helpful. I love the lunch menu options. I got the pasta and salad combo for $10, and it was a perfect size for me. The vault pasta was so tasty, and the palm salad was so unique and tasty as well. My hubby, though, was still a little hungry, so he would probably order off the main menu if we come again for lunch. Their kids' menu was $7, and my girl loved the mac and cheese with fruit. We ended up taking a table outside, and it was perfect. Complete shade, but still plenty of light. It's not noisy at all since you are surrounded by the cute retro parking garage and plants. I definitely would come back, and I hear their night life is pretty up top. They also have cocktail classes, which would be so fun to partake in. Bonus, OSU grad started the place, so obviously, it is run by good people ;)

The restaurant is really really cool. I’m totally feeling the vibe of this place downtown. We made reservations in the Tom Tom room for our date night. The service was good and my food was good. I thought the veggies could’ve been a little more seasoned but that’s not too much of an issue. I ordered the filet and it was cooked right and well seasoned, that’s a plus! Not a fan of the Korean BBQ meatballs, they were a little dry and too crispy. I’ll try a different appetizer next time. Other than that I had an amazing time and enjoyed my meal. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I usually never do reviews but felt the need to express my distaste for what should be a great place. I’ve always seen this place but never tried. We had a birthday dinner there last night and I’ll say I will never go back. The service was okay but the food was nothing to rave about- very overpriced for something that was just okay. It also took them over 30 minutes to serve out appetizers and even longer for entrees. I’ve never waited for food so long. Lastly the bathroom was a nightmare. I can handle that it was shared but the trash can was overflowing, there was a hair net on the floor (assumably from one of the cooks), a urinal contraption in open view and empty toilet paper rolls all over the place. It was disgusting. Can’t imagine what the kitchen area looks like. I love downtown but if I’m going to make an effort to drive out that way I’ll be visiting someplace else.

I love the #8 lunch special--the grilled zucchini and squash is always cooked perfectly and delicious! The food, atmosphere and wait staff are great! I have been to events here as well and they were small but the staff was attentive and took care of everything. I love the design and concept of The Vault. Parking has never been a problem. Overall, I highly recommend.

The food was fantastic and the service was even better! Doren was my server and he was on point! I don’t think I’ve ever had better service. I’ll definitely be back and hope that I get Doren again! He’s seriously the best! Try this place out, you will not be disappointed!

I had a small wedding at the Tom Tom Room on St. Patrick's day. It was perfect! We did a tiki mid-century theme, and the space was wonderful. It had that 50s look and the panoramic views of downtown. The Vault took care of everything, and we just showed up and enjoyed. The food and cocktails were delicious, and the servers were friendly and great. The parking is easy, and folks could use the patio to smoke cigars. Love this place!

I am not one to write reviews but felt I needed to let the Vault know that we loved our experience.! It was my daughters 21st birthday yesterday and she picked the Vault based off their menu. It's hard for us to find a place that has something for everyone. Since my daughter does not eat meat but her father wants a steak dinner...she usually ends up with a plain salad for dinner. We have not found a restaurant in Tulsa that offers such a large variety of "true" entrées for her to pick from....and yet also offered ribeye, burgers, seafood or light sandwichs for everyone else!! (BTW...chicken salad was fabulous!) To top off our night Jenny was a exceptional waitress ..who made my daughter feel special when she brought out the surprise carrot cake with candles glowing!! ( which the carrot cake was unbelievable!!) Thanks again glad we found you!

I couldn’t wait to try this place since it made the Tulsa World’s best spots to have brunch list. I ordered the eggs Benedict which was good (not great) but it came with potatoes that were cold. The coffee was great, the service was good, but the food was very disappointing. The environment was also disappointing. Not near as clean as I thought it would be. The place just looks old and run down.

There are two places I always go for food when in Tulsa: Tally's for breakfast, The Vault for dinner. The Vault has fantastic food and a wide variety of beverages for reasonable pricing, with a unique early 60's atmosphere that makes it a must for anyone visiting the city. Their pork chops are literally the best I have ever had in my life. I highly recommend them.

I love the vault....let me count the ways. They have amazing food. Meat-atrians be pleased. The steaks, pork chop (OMG the pork chop) and the clipper chicken, so good. But what Libby does best is vegetarian. I’m not a vegetarian, and it seems that’s what I’m amazed at and enjoy the most. Also the drinks. Different than what you would get anywhere else. The kitschy 50’s vibe is awesome. The glass ware, the fun food, and excellent drinks make it an easy choice any day of the week.

My wife and I went here for our 5th year anniversary. All I can say is amazing. The cocktails were fantastic never had anything like that before. The food was off the charts. The bruchetta 3 ways is fantastic! Our waiter made the experience even better. His name was Sam by far some of the best service we have ever had. He was very informational and patient in explaining items on the menu we had never heard of or experienced. I would highly recommend this restaurant and have already made plans to come back! Keep up the good work!

I have eaten here twice both times with groups of 12 to 14. I was very happy with the service, the speed in which we got our drinks and food, and the actual food itself! I tried the rainbow trout and it was so so good! Very happy with our experience!
Amira Al-Jiboori
Libby spent a great deal of time and effort crafting a delicious vegan menu. I am super pleased! Keep up the good work!

Truly a cool experience here in Tulsa. One of those hidden 💎. Service is great and great price points.

Love this place! Great service, food and atmosphere. We went for a night of learning about Vodka. I learned a bunch and had some great cocktails. We tried 4 different vodkas and learned about each one with a different cocktail. I especially liked the Bankers Ex-wife!
Nancy Parke
Excellent fresh food. Offer vegetarian and vegan food that is made fresh from real food not soy product.
Danny Harris
The Potato Crust Salmon was amazing! The staff and atmosphere was top notch. Can't wait to return soon!!

Always great food! The burger is the best anywhere!
