Had to pay just to use the bathroom. Staff are rude. Shouldn't have to pay to use the restroom at a public place

Was told at the drive through window to park in front to wait for our milkshakes. There was no line when we got there. Took a long time. Seemed understaffed. Problably because it is not a popular location. My brother worked here 30 years ago... It was a different Tulare then.

Lady behind the counter was very rude about letting my little girl use the bathroom before I made a purchase! She really had to go and I was in line to make a purchase. The first thing the lady said was "the bathroom is only for paying customers!" Which is why I was getting in line to make a purchase. Your staff needs to go through some serious customer service training. As well as maybe hire some staff that has some compassion for a small child having to go to the bathroom!

I ordered a week ago and i had pibe hair or beard hair in my fries n old ketchup on the box of fries smeared so i took it back and the gave me fresh food but it was kinda bad
