I ordered a #2 chicken at the drive thru with mashed potatoes and gravy and one of their delightful biscuits to eat on the run. Wow! It's been far too long since I've eaten at a KFC, and I do declare they sure do it right! Thank you for doing such a great job on everything, including your fantastic service! I will most definitely return!

LET ME TELL YOU! It was crazy! Obviously I made the mistake of showing up exactly at 12pm for the lunch rush. 5 of us showed up at once. I know this because I was the last to get in line because I took a wrong turn in the parking lot, (tucson issues) ANYWAY got through the line pretty quick to order and was told to park while they made the food, right. Every place does that now, no surprise. Helps my feet anyway, BUT as soon as I turn the corner to the smallest parking lot, I'm greeted to this old guy complaining about having to wait 10minutes. It was 5 bro, I was two cars behind you so i know. Anyway hes already goin inside to cause trouble while the other four, now three cause one guy got his food, are chilling. Me, the couple with the birthday balloons who had a party sized order, and one other guy. Angry guy comes out with his refund, still irate because food didnt materialize in his mouth instantaneously, the couple with the Birthday balloons gets their order, (Happy Birthday Tiffany!) And within 8min, yes 8! (The receipt has time stamps) I have my food. I didnt even get to finish listening to my second song which is how little time I waited. And these workers, didn't break a sweat. Bombarded with orders, catering for a party, and yelled at and this crew of two is like, whatever, Lunch continues. So shout out to Tucson's KFC for handling stuff. One birthday order, a karen, and half a lunch rush handled in 8min. As for that male karen with the white beard and bald head, complaining about ten minutes on a friday afternoon, I hope your salt tastes good, cause I got me some fresh fries.

I honestly only go to this KFC. I’m off Alvernon and Valencia but the one closest to my house won’t ever sell me 10 individual drum sticks. They tell me it’s not allowed. I am so grateful that this location lets me order a normal menu item without question. The quantity has never been an issue for them. I love this location.

I mostly have positive experiences! The last time I went, I got the chicken pot pie and the famous bowl (I’m in love.) I added some pictures because words doesn’t do justice. The customer service is good like usual. The Famous Bowl 5/5 -Really good. My fave after I have a long day at work or at the gym (really defeat the whole purpose of going but you can’t blame me.) -It was really hot! Chicken Pot Pie 3/5 -Tastes like the Marie Callender’s pot pie. -There was a whole piece of chicken in there, I was satisfied withe very bite. -The crust is amazing. -Wouldn’t get it again since I’m not into pot pie but it tastes good!

As you can see from the photos, the restaurant and restroom are quite clean. (Especially important that the restroom is kept clean.) I told them what we wanted to eat and they found a combo meal to fit. Polite, prompt, and efficient service with a friendly atmosphere and on top of that, it was clean. What more could you ask for in fast food? Edible foods. These were more than just edible, everything was the correct temperature, cooked thoroughly (which is sometimes questionable with chicken and pork), and quite flavorful. I would like to mention that Lori was the bright and shining star of our visit. We will definitely come here again.
