They have good customer service and they are always quick with your orders but they could change out the oil every week instead of the lathe of time they keep the same oil. Because it can get nasty if they don't change it then you would want to wait till the change it cause you can tell by the smell
man these people got it down. They're kind on the intercom in the Drive-Thru there kind when you pull up to the window fast man they offer you great deals there's a picture of the deal that you're getting. I came at 930am on a Saturday. I ordered a double cheeseburger with curly fries, the burger was just great, however, the curly fries were older than fresh. I did give a four star rating due to the burger was delicious. Happy cheeseburger is a happy customer.
Courteous service, I do not frequent fast foods this was in a pinch and I was surprised the fries were excellent the burger was good wasn't sloppy and wet like others chains. Knowledgeable staff easy to park clean environment.

A bit over priced and some items are too greasy but I just love this Jack in the box. The other location at 22nd and Harrison has a bunch of unprofessional, rude and immature employees. I avoid it like the plague and drive a bit further to 22nd and kolb.
Fast service, got order wrong but the workers gave me a free cheese cake as an apology. Does not have to do with this Jack in the box but all of them in general always look like you are going to get mugged.
Same-o, same-o! Pleasant. Had to ask that they remember to put the cheese on my burger because they forgot it last time I was there. I did receive an extra french fry (small). No one said it was to make up for the lack of cheese so I guess it was a mistake! I didn't need them but I ate some of them.
The manager in the morning is the best. She is the pretty lady with the tattoos. Always kind, fast, works hard to make sure the food is hot. She is a real treasure to that location
This jack in the box is one of the best, the service is good and they have the best soda machine. There are 144+ drinks u can get too choose from. If you haven't ate here, I recommend the buttery jacks.
