Funky little coffee shop with just the right vibe on a Sunday morning. I found it when I stopped at the Tesla Superchargers behind La Encantada and am so glad I did. The black coffee I went with was well brewed and tasted great (Zambia - dark) but they offer cold brew and traditional lattes as well. Highly recommend.

Best coffee ever! Shade grown and Organic! Even the flavored syrup is USDA Organic. It however would be smart if they added some Organic Sweet treats to the menu. It doesn't make sense to me after buying a healthy coffee of your choice but everything else... any additional snacks they have are GMO.

Wonderful coffee and chai lattes, cute patio & inside had a cool mural on the wall. Their cold brewing system is a sight to be seen for coffee connoisseurs. The bathroom was stocked with tampons and pads for people who might be in need. Very cool Cafe overall

We stopped at this place before some shopping at La Encantada. We ordered a matcha latte and it was fantastic. One of the better ones I have had. The gentleman that made our drinks was very friendly as well. We will definitely be back!

Another amazing experience at the La Encantada location. Bret took the time to provide me with even more information on pour over technique as well as recommendations for some additional roasts. He's definitely an expert when it comes to an amazing latté as well. The one he made me was so exquisite I could live on these and nothing else if given the choice. It's so much fun to learn, share and grow with this subculture of coffee aficionados. This Cafe is a little on the small size, but the staff is huge on making you feel welcome and appreciated as a person who enjoys a finely crafted brew. Absolutely wonderful experience all around!

I love this coffee shop. The drinks are delicious! They are not sickly sweet like Starbucks, and you get more espresso! A 16oz has 4 shots. I get a carmel latte and it's wonderful. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The shop is small so I just wait outside for my turn. No big deal. The only reason I gave 4 star vs 5 is the hours. I rarely get to go here since I work earlier than they open.

This Savaya location is fantastic. A little cramped, there's not much room for hanging around inside during a busy time, but the baristas are all very respectful, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The coffee flavors are numerous and all taste amazing, and are consistent every time I've visited. I highly recommend. My wife and I have made this our official coffee spot.

Love love love this coffee shop. They have the best cold brew in town and their rotating brewed coffees....YUM. They source their coffee beans from small batch farms and always have exciting new beans to try. The baristas are friendly and very knowledgeable. We come here weekly and always leave happy. It’s a very small space with no seating inside. The coffee and baristas make it special.

I was very impressed with Kate's welcoming demeanor and knowledge of the coffee processing and all around service ♡ She knew the regulars and what they wanted. Dog friendly atmosphere, as she put out a water dish for the locals that don't drink the coffee ♡♡ I sampled a few and got an education about the coffees that were offered before settling on an awesome cold brew. Check this one out, if you are new to coffees or if you just might like to find out your favorite ♡ Thanks Kate, your friendly attitude and pleasantries are very much appreciated ♡ I will be back !

I did not catch the employee's name but she was so kind and welcoming with her explanations of the coffee options. She gave us generous samples. I loved my Brazilian science cold brew. It was about $6 for both our coffees which was reasonable for the size and quality. I wish there was a location close to me!

Great coffee but I have one issue. There is no white sugar for my espresso. Now I realize that white sugar isn’t cool, but the cool sugar, raw sugar you offer doesn’t dissolve in your espresso. The only other options you offer are three types of low calorie poison sweeteners, that surly you must realize are worse for you than regular “white” sugar. I’m sure a few packets of regular sugar won’t hurt your image to much. Your coffee is top notch and the kids that work in your shop are delightful. Thank you.

My wife and I had just gotten in town from a long trip and were really thirsty, so decided to pop in to Savayas for a drink--but hadn't seen that they closed at 7. We showed up what must have been nearly half an hour past and the barista, Sage, happened to still be there closing up. They didn't even hesitate, offered to make us anything we wanted (besides espresso, and only because the espresso machine had already been cleaned and shut down), and did the same for another customer who saw us through the window and came in after us. The whole time, Sage was extremely pleasant to talk to, and helpful answering our various questions about the different blends--never felt rushed at all.
Having had too many experiences of employees at other restaurants, cafes, and wine bars closing EARLY and still turning people away without a second thought, Sage was such a refreshing breath of fresh air--and made a really great first impression for the La Encantada location. We've been fans of Savaya for years, and Sage definitely deserves some extra recognition for going the extra mile =)
