The food was good, it's McDonald's. fast service and very friendly. The only problem I couldn't use my app since they apparently have been having problems, especially with the 20 or 25 percent off. And they couldn't even add it manually or anything. So what's the point of having the app. Personally, I'm not one who likes to have all kinds of apps on my phone, so it's a bummer..

Lots of loud small children running around the play area and seating area. A separating wall should be built as in other McDonald's.

The employees were friendly and the service was quick. Brought 3 kids to the Irvington location to play in the play place. The woman, Maria, that worked in the play area was super nice and as soon as there was any mess she was quick to clean it up. I've never seen a kids play area so clean and well taken care of. I usually don't rate McDonald's very high but this one deserves a good rating.

It is a regular McDonald's. I like it has the kiosks to order food. They just have to be better at making sure everything is there. The ketchup machines were both empty and they took for ever to get some ketchup from The counter. The place is clean. Staff needs to be more friendly.

I only went through the drive through but the staff was very polite, and when we pulled forward to receive our food we weren't waiting there any longer than 3 minutes. I recommend this place. good job ladies!

On a Easter Sunday night took the kids out for ice cream after playing games at the arcade across the street. This McDonaldâs was one of only a few places that were open and had a working ice cream machine. Only draw back is the drive through line seems to spill into the parking lot pretty bad making it hard to get in and out of parking sometimes, and the area seems to be a homeless hangout.

Ordered 1 big pack 2 Big Macs 2 10pc chicken nuggets 2 french frys, a #7 wit a Med Strawberry đ shake but their shake machine was not working so in place of shake ordered a Caramel Frappe 3 McDoubles 2 wit extra ketchup mustard pickles n onions lrg fry no salt lrg Dr Pepper was missing 1 McDouble I called n will pick it up in a little bit ty đ

Food was okay. Service was horrible unfriendly and unprofessional. The place smelled of poopy diaper and garbage. When I went into the restroom I was upset my shoes were touching the floor. Sooo nasty. It's not like we were there for that long or there was even a crowd there. Just needed a place to stop and get my kid out of the car and get a quick bite. Never ever again. Keep driving you will have a better experience at a toxic dump run by rats.

I had order a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle and I got the buns and a patty.... no egg or cheese....
This is not ok... if I pay the price for my sandwich, I expect it to be correct...
I go to this location for breakfast all the time.

Well a girl returned 2 burgers that she had already opened that were the wrong order... and the workers at Mcdonalds put it into another bag and gave it to the right person after the other people had already opened the wrapping, that is gross, I will never go there again!! I hope Mcdonalds reads the reviews!!

Horrible service! Had a big sign in the drive thru for UofA game days buy on big mac or quarter pounder get one free. Girl in drive thru said they didn't have that deal. Then when we said something about the sign she said there wasn't a game. I told her "Ahh, are you sure because they are playing right now" Then she said "Ahh, I'm sure ." This was the second time I had bad service at this one. Im sure whomever manages this store doesn't care about customer service. First time I went here order was totally messed up, they fixed my order and made our seen like it was no big deal and didnt even apologize for the mistake. I hope more people share their bad experiences about this location. I've gone to other McDonalds locations and get totally opposite experiences. We ended up leaving without buying anything and going to Burger King and I don't really like Burger King.
