Their 3 window drive thru is slightly confusing. We pulled up to the 2nd one after paying at the first, but nobody was there. We waited for a little bit, but still, no one was there, so we pulled up towards the 3rd window. As soon as we started to roll forward, our daughter (in the back seat) said that someone had come up to the window. Of course, they showed up when we rolled forward, and the vehicle behind us used the opportunity to roll up, too. Now, we can not backup. Yay. Luckily, our son was able to go into the lobby (even though the door closest to the drive-thru was locked) and get our food. Crisis averted.

Used the app and I do recommend using the app. Staff was most helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Also they provided table service, where the staff actually took my tray and refilled my coffee. đ

Took quite a while to get anyoneâs attention at the front counter, as they were very busy.
Food was okay! Hot and exactly as ordered.

Older gentlemen, I think his name was Dan, was so attentive. While I was there to pick up mobile order he cleaned lobby tables, took out curbside orders and cleaned counters a tray drop offs. He is an awsome employee and was so cheerful and pleasant.

Ok nowâŚ. Best motha Fn time Iâve ever had at Mc Ds. Alexis was a damn saint. I donât even mess with McDonaldâs like that. I feel like I went back in time. Back to a simpler time. A time full of optimism, bootleg DVDs and Tall Ts. Shoutout to the plug Ronald for hiring that Angel disguised as Alexis. If they ever fire her Iâll never go to any McDonaldâs nationwide ever again. 32 stars.

I asked for orange juice and was given soda high C. Mc muffin instead of a biscuit. My Iced coffee was only cream and flavor,tasted horrible. Running late to work can't turn back, and now my kids have nothing to drink since I do not give them soda and neither do I! Ladies at window were arguing and cursed!

After waiting at the drive thru and not having my order taken I thought it was because of my truck being lifter so I pulled up and places my order at the window, when going to pick up my order at the next window I was sent to wait at the front of the building when they finally brought my order the signature siracha sandwich I ordered was nothing but a piece of meat in the middle of 2 pieces of bread nothing else. Wtf! I tried calling and no answer, guess I now know never to stop there again

I ordered a mcdouble only ketchup for my son... He bit into it and it had everything on it, followed by me running to my bathroom to grab my epi pen and stabbing him in the leg with it. He's allergic to pickles. I'm furious right now

Just went to a McDonald's to get an egg and cheese mc griddle, came home to find griddle cakes wrapped up with nothing more. There should be a cap at how many " special needs" people work at 1 McDonald's.

Worse f**** MCDONALD'S in Tucson, an employee called Sydney is very rude, he reacted when i started talking the same way, I've been coming to the same location for almost a year and the same dumb employees ALWAYS forget to add the sauce for chicken nuggets or switch something on the meals, I think honestly the manager has to step in or get employees who are willing to the job right.

I have a complaint, On Saturday morning 04/12/2014, the manager was extremely rude to her employees and customers. She had became angry when my husband order 15 breakfast sandwihes just because she want or decided to stop sell breakfast at 9:45 AM. She was yelling and down grading her employees calling them stupid in front of customers. In my opinion she needs to learn people skills before she can continue to be a manager. We love McDonald very much, but this is very bad for business.
