Review Mcdonald's - Tucson

I’ve been in this town about 7 years now. Out of all the McDonald’s in the entire city, this has to be the best one. I’ve never had an issue here. I’ve waited no longer than 5 minutes for my order whether in the drive thru, waiting on drive thru, or inside. Got a fresh every time no matter what time of day it is. Friendly staff. I don’t like McDonald’s that much, but I will go to this one when I decide I want to have it.

As an old restaurant experiences that I'd leave I'll never give the atmosphere a 5 because I don't go to McDonald's or arby's or domino's for the atmosphere. Not that it was horrible it's just not what I do the service impeccable food amazing and warm and couldn't ask for anything better. I ended up going there twice in the same day just because it was that . Staff was very friendly and had an amazing smile on their face every time we wet. Am I me I talking about my business partner Michael prints from Lake Havasu City Arizona where he is the lead singer of several bands. Now he can't really judge on how well McDonald's was because I didn't buy anything and he chose not to buy anything himself but if he would he would give a great review as well . So if you're ever in the Tucson area then you're looking for something to eat that's hot fresh and staff is super friendly come on down to McDonald's. Where you get fast service amazing food and friendly staff. Face it promotions approved

This McDonald's is great as they are very respectful and the services are on point and they are on top of things! I like the place because even when you see panhandlers outside they won't run them off they have a lot of consideration and love for the people here in Tucson Arizona, The playground is also a great place for the kids to be and hang out as they will want to stay there for multiple hours guaranteed

I got an egg bacon and cheese and a hash brown! It was really good! Perfect breakfast before the Tucson Gem Show!! Staff were really friendly! Food came quickly! It was overall a clean and nice McDonald’s! Thanks! 💖

The McDonalds on 1st & Grant have great food & quick & considerate service, my only small inconvenience is having to wait til an employee is available to let you into their bathrooms. Apparently the location of this McDonalds is a part of town that is rampant in drug use...hence the locked bathrooms. But there is no active drug use, panhandling or theft @ this McDonalds so that you may feel safe & confortable enough to truly enjoy your meal. Enjoy!

Always get great help from the staff the manager is very friendly and always helpful always leave here feeling positive and they always make my day the food is also always fresh coming from a person who orders multiple family packs for a big family the wait is never more than 8 minutes thank you

Food was very good. Interaction with people was very good. I needed help with the app and got help. Very pleased with my visit.

Clean floors, good food, decent staff. Everything was good. Only reason why it's 4 stars is because of the smell from the playground.

The young gentle men working as the host/cashier was really upbeat and super friendly, a total of &>10/10. They did accidently add chocolate to my caramel frappe instead of an extra drizzle of caramel Iike I had ordered but immediately remake my order right away and all with a smile, that man deserves a promotion or atheist a raise his customer service was REALLY THAT GOOD!!!

The mane reason I've give this review is cuz the staff act like they pay for the inventory them selves. I actually had the stuff tell me that he would have to assume I was taking more then I was going to drink..

MY grand daughter and I were there in the morning, it was very busy, I ordered bacon egg and cheese meal with coffee, I did not get the meal, just the sandwich and the coffee, the guy preparing my coffee dropped the first one on the floor, prepared me a fresh one, but I did not get the equal I ordered..the other meal was right, but I am not a person that complains, so I still enjoyed my visit...no body is perfect . Thanks. I LOVE MCDONALD'S.

I have come in there every morning for over 10 years. This morning there was a girl with pink in her hair working at the drive-up window. She got mad because she had to wait on me. Two other girls were on break so they wouldn't help me either. The girl with the pink hair just ignored me until I asked out loud if someone would help me. She ripped the receipt from the cash register and threw it in the trash and stomped off. If you don't believe me, look at the security tapes. She should be fired for treating a customer rudely. I will contact the owner/manager later today.

The manager didn't wash his hands I'm demanding a free meal made by him wearing gloves

I wish I could give a lower rating than 1 star. I went through the drive thru and was greeted by the employee and asked her if she could wait a moment, seeing as how it was not me ordering but my passenger. The lady overheard me confirming the order and assumed I was talking to her and asked me 3 times which sauce I wanted with my order before I realized she was speaking to me so I asked again if she could wait just a moment, to which point she scoffed and said, over the intercom, "ugh, oh my god" in a really snotty tone. I then told her "I can hear you." She attempted to cover up by saying "that wasn't to you, jeeze, relax" in the same snotty under tone. I got to the window to pay, was greeted by rudeness yet again. Went to the next window and was greeted by the employee saying "here you go," handed me the food and immediately walked away. Despite originally asking me 3 times which sauce we wanted, she managed to forget the sauce for the order.

My lady and I stopped into McDonalds while we waited for our tires to be balanced. I ordered a salad, but the expiration date was covered with two stickers. The newer sticker said today's date as the expiration date, then the sticker underneath says the salad expired yesterday. I brought my salad back to the counter and asked for a new one to be made. They made me a new one, and with the same issue, the salad had two stickers. I shower her again, and she made a fresh one for me. I am not a professional in food safety, but aren't you supposed to throw away expired product, and prepare new ones? Seems to me there is someone in the back who is too lazy to make new salads, and risking other peoples health. On the good side, they did refund my money, but corporate seems to be more involved with the food handling procedures.

Kids had lots of fun in playground. Food and coffee were perfect. Since i waa busy with my two toddlers the employees brought our order to our table. But a woman stood out for her courtesy and cleanliness. Playground and the area was very clean. My kids spilled water since their cups had no lids and the woman in the lobby was fast to help me clean, provided more paper towels, and kindly mentioned how she doesnt want the kids slip and fall and doesnt mind helping. Indeed I watched her and the entire rime we dined and kids played she was actively cleaning. McDonalds need to keep this woman and promote her. Too bad ai didnt get her name. But she was working in the morning. I was there after 9am. May 12.

On Sunday, September 4, my in-laws treated us to a day out and we stopped at the McDonald's on 801 E Grant Rd in Tucson, AZ for lunch. We honestly only go to McDonald's maybe once or twice a year so we aren't exactly familiar with their menu or ingredients. My son has a wheat allergy. He has since birth. It makes him very cranky, gives him bowel issues, and causes his skin sensitivities to flare up. It won't kill him, but it takes a couple days for it to get out of his system enough for him to not be cranky or hurting. We asked the cashier (I do not remember her name and I do not have the receipt since my father-in-law paid. I just remember she was a thin, young Caucasian girl) if there was any wheat in the McNuggets and she insisted there aren't. I specifically said, "Usually batter contains wheat, are you sure there is no wheat in these?" and she adamantly said no, there is no wheat. My husband and I were not convinced, and this is when I REALLY should have asked someone else, but I had two hungry kids very ready to eat. Well, here is the ingredient list from the McDonald's site: CHICKEN MCNUGGETS Ingredients: White Boneless Chicken, Water, Vegetable Oil (Canola Oil, Corn Oil, Soybean Oil, Hydrogenated Soybean Oil), Enriched Flour (Bleached Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Bleached Wheat Flour, Yellow Corn Flour, Vegetable Starch (Modified Corn, Wheat, Rice, Pea, Corn), Salt, Leavening (Baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Calcium Lactate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Spices, Yeast Extract, Lemon Juice Solids, Dextrose, Natural Flavors. Contains: WHEAT. Cooked in the same fryer that we use for Buttermilk Crispy Chicken which contains a milk allergen. He ate about four of these (he is three this month so that is more than enough to set off his allergies). Three days later and my mom asked why he has been so cranky and touchy for the past couple of days, plus he has been afraid of using the potty and experiencing bowel issues, and my husband brought up the McNuggets. Sure enough, wheat is in the batter. McDonald's, this is really not okay. This is why we asked one of your employees and she repeatedly said no, there was no wheat. Wheat flours are the fourth and fifth ingredient as well as wheat being in the vegetable starch. And really, I just went on the computer to look for the ingredients because the ingredient list is not loading on my phone, so I could not have Googled it to be sure anyway! Just a Google search shows me different ingredients. I should not even HAVE to Google after asking to be sure, they should know there is wheat in one of the most popular items they are selling and serving. Allergy information is a very important thing for employees in food service to know. DO NOT take it lightly because some people play it up. It's not like she even seemed unsure, she was shaking her head hard and was very certain that there is no wheat. That is why I brought up the batter specifically. Really not okay.

How can u not get a customers coffee right when it's the only thing they've ordered the same way almost every single day & sometimes night for three years straight at the same location!!!????? Places I've managed weve known who our regulars are & there should be no reason to hold up the drive thru line for ten minutes for a damn coffee!??? U have two damn machines that hold two pots each!!??? Wth Bill! We're business owners! I even applied to work for this location just to HELP U GUYS OUT!!!!!! SO UR CUSTOMERS WOULD ACTUALLY GET WHAT THEY ORDERED RIGHT ALWAYS! HOW MANY HANDS DO THOSE ORDERS TOUCH BEFORE THEY GET OUT THAT WINDOW & STILL THEY END UP BEING WRONG WHEN HANDED OUT THE WINDOW!!?? HOW!!!???? GET IT TOGETHER!!!
