I’ve been in this town about 7 years now. Out of all the McDonald’s in the entire city, this has to be the best one. I’ve never had an issue here. I’ve waited no longer than 5 minutes for my order whether in the drive thru, waiting on drive thru, or inside. Got a fresh every time no matter what time
As an old restaurant experiences that I'd leave I'll never give the atmosphere a 5 because I don't go to McDonald's or arby's or domino's for the atmosphere. This McDonald's is great as they are very respectful and the services are on point and they are on top of things! I like the place because even when you see panhandlers outside they won't run them off they have a lot of consideration and love for the people here in Tucson Arizona, The playground is
I got an egg bacon and cheese and a hash brown! It was really good! Perfect breakfast before the Tucson Gem Show!! Staff were really friendly! Food came quickly! It was overall a clean and nice McDonald’s! Thanks! 💖
The McDonalds on 1st & Grant have great food & quick & considerate service, my only small inconvenience is having to wait til an employee is available to let you into their bathrooms. Apparently the location of this McDonalds is a part of town that is rampant in drug use...hence the locked bathrooms
Always get great help from the staff the manager is very friendly and always helpful always leave here feeling positive and they always make my day the food is also always fresh coming from a person who orders multiple family packs for a big family the wait is never more than 8 minutes thank you
Food was very good. Interaction with people was very good. I needed help with the app and got help. Very pleased with my visit.
