Authentic place, cowboy style. Loved it. Had the ribs with loaded baked potato. Was good. I didn't see any desert options so hope that is added for my next visit. Enjoy, y'all.

I was surprised by this shop sort of in the middle of no where. I got the caddilac burger medium rare which was delicous amd cooked perfectly!y wife got the chicken whoch was also very moist and grilled well. Only minor complaints were the rolls were a bit stale but I cant imagine eith the location of the restaurant the rolls are flying off the shelves so i wouldn't hold this too much against them.

We were able to ride UTV's and Dirt Bikes from marana there. We had a great ride. We did not eat there. We just got some sodas. Service was great. We will be back to eat there soon.

The Cadillac Chaparral is a VERY laid back casual place. The wait staff, Dawn, Melody, and Jessica are fantastic. I have to admit , my husband & I are predictable in our beverage choice. They see us walk in, and have our drinks in tow when coming to greet us.
The menu is not large, nor does it need to be. Meat! You should like meat before deciding to dine here. Steaks, ribs, and chicken. All great and good prices.
Drive carefully up Highway 79 , or you will miss the turnoff.
Limited hours. Thursday thru Sunday.
My only complaint is if there is a change in hours, there is no change in the voice message on the phone. A very simple fix for the owners.
This has happened to us. It's not as if the restaurant is just around the corner.

The best steak I've ever had at a great Father's Day special price. Service, food, and friendliness of the staff blow away any of the many steakhouses I've eaten at. Will definitely be back when in Arizona

I have had their ribs, a few different steaks and a burger. I've been there 4 times, recently. Each meal was great for me and everyone in my party. The staff is very nice. It's become my favorite place to go.

We found this place by sheer accident on our way from Tucson to Canyon Lake Saturday evening. Not much else around, but the food is "excellent". Most of us had the ribeye, perfectly grilled medium rare over mesquite wood grill. It's not a fancy place, but who cares! Very similar to Fred's Arena southwest of Tucson. Big thumbs up to the waitress's too. Super nice ladies and very attentive. And as a side note, the Ladies Room is spotless and adorable. Thank you Cadillac Chaparral for a delicious meal.

Was invited to Arizona from our friends, we're all originally from Ohio, we now live in Texas & they live now in Arizona. It was a Sunday afternoon & our friends took us out sight-seeing & out here to eat, so glad they did, great food, relaxed atmosphere too! Our waitress 'Fay' was very patient, & knowledgeable about menu etc. Would return again if ever out that way, very good & sits out in the middle of 'nowhere' which is wild!�

Have driven past many times and finally stopped. We had the ribs and they were excellent and so were the cowboy beans. Our waitress Katie was awesome and everyone else so friendly. Took us out back and were they were cooking our food. Very fun place!
