Honestly the perfect place to go when you get out of the hospital that is behind this IHOP. It's nice to be able to sit down and eat a warm meal before heading back home. The food is what you would expect at ihop. The late service was nice, and the stuff friendly. I would go to this location again.

Best breakfast in forever! Biscuit & gravy breakfast. Eggs were scrambled perfectly, bacon was crispy as ordered, hash browns were wonderfully crispy on both sides. Great value too. Our server was incredible. Even though the restaurant was super busy, she was attentive, friendly & efficient. We ate breakfast at Oro Valley Denny's couple of weeks ago & it did not come close to this meal, in any category. We will gladly drive a little further for this quality.

Our server was wonderful and the food was good. Not over crowded and the server sounded like she loved working there. Which I live hearing because some work environments at restaurants are not that way.

Food was hot and fresh. Coffee was served lukewarm but waiter corrected it within an acceptable time. Service was pretty good! Atmosphere is sometimes noisy; but this location is much better than Oracle, which always is seemingly too loud. Overall, it’s good whenever I go here.

Solid choice for early breakfast or even late night dine in when you've been out all afternoon and need something filling. Food is delicious, and the service has been great every time I have gone. The prices are pretty affordable as well for the portions.

Not sure when I'll get a chance to frequent again, but in the dead heat of the hottest July on record for Arizona, one wing of the building had absolutely no AC and really shouldn't have been sitting people in it. They cracked the door and had fans going but it was pretty miserable to eat. If I'd had a choice I'd have left, but that wasn't in the cards for my function. Everyone else working there was really nice though! I also learned from a waitress that you can split and get two different kinds of pancakes as opposed to a stack of one. That was a really nice learning experience! But when it's so hot in the area you're eating, you may not be able to keep them down anyway.

Five stars for all servers and one star for our server who was not professional and missed up our order a few time. Bad day for me and my family. However if I come next time will ask for Mike was always a good server and the rest of the staff were so professional and felt welcome. But this morning I was disappointed 😞 with my server. And I didn't put any tips because of that. Love IHOP and like to eat there at least once a month.

Our server Katie was absolutely wonderful. Our food came out great and was already split for us since we shared. Katie even got us to go drinks without us asking. Kudos to Katie for having great customer service skills, that is not too common anymore.

Delicious breakfast, 😋 nothing can top ihop pancakes with a nice cup of coffee.
It was a little packed when we went but the server was very helpful and fast.

A really nice, clean, and well-maintained restaurant. The staff are really friendly and attentive. The food is typical IHOP food, taste good, and reasonably priced although one Belgium waffle is $10!
