Brianna helped me out on a Wednesday afternoon that was rather slow so it seemed only a few people staffed! She was incredibly friendly on the phone and made sure everything was not only done correctly but took extra steps to make my customer experience amazing! As I arrived to pick up my order a few kids were asking her questions and she was able to help me and make friendly small talk as well as help the kiddos! Thank you so so much Brianna - this is the location with substantially better customer service in my opinion!

Had a Birthday party for my 3 year old grandson. Had a blast. Not sure what you call the staff member (young Male with a ponytail was very polite) who helps with the party but he did a great job. We invited a certain amount of people and lots more showed up to help celebrate and the staff were able to accommodate our party. Key cards are used for the play area, didn't have sugar free tea so good thing I took my own water. We cleaned up mostly, but had a great time, especially the Birthday boy!

So I was at the park right next door taking in a ball game and lo and behold, we needed to get change for a $100 dollar bill. Naturally Peter Pipers is the first business when you leave there. These folks busted their butts to take care of that, so I felt obliged to get a pizza and boy was it delicious! The folks who work here are wonderful and very accommodating! Thanks to you all! Yes, the food is great too!

It is what it is--a place you go for children parties. The food is basic and at first glance seems expensive. But they need to make money somehow.
I guess you could say that you are paying the atmosphere...hahaha. But young kids seem to have a really good time and that's what counts.
I'm giving it Five-Stars because it gives the children in your lives a memorable party at reasonable price for parents.
Oh...it sell beer on Tap.

Only bad thing is the fact that they tell you 30 minutes When you order and it turned into 52. But I understand you guys get busy And that there's unexpected people that come in and walk in but when I see 8 people go in and just out of curiosity ask for a little bit how long ago did you order those are the same answer I got... ???? Still not a big Deal fortunately the kids love the pizza

I love that this location follows directions when you make your order. We like to order double mushrooms and most places don't comply even though you pay for it. This location is out of our way but they are so nice and provide good customer service that we make the extra drive.
