We went here today because it's smelled really good. I got the chicken strips with fries and so did my brother. We had to wait a good 10 minutes for the meals but at least it was fresh.
The customer service needs work though. We were looking at the menu to decide and the guy there just kinda watche
My favorite place to eat in the mall! Has the best burgers, staff is always top notch and the quality of the food never disappoints! I never find myself going to the mall and not stopping in for either a burger or a Malt shake! Can’t recommend this place enough.

Food was delicious and hot. I cant really complain about anything except my Dr. Pepper didnt taste like it was mixed right. More carbonated water than syrup but really not too bad. Food came out really fast also. Overall I'm super impressed.

I had the New York Burger with onions, mushrooms and swiss cheese. Really good burger. A little pricey, but it is a Premium Venue, since it's a Tucson Mall store. My advice... enjoy the taste and go expecting a little pricey, just due to location.
