Their bagels are always fresh and delicious. The coffee is to die for and service us A1. Will go again.

We love it there! Employees are very friendly and remember our names and our orders. We love Denise, she is always super friendly.Seems like they always have some kind of deal going on.
This place is very convenient on the way to and from work and they good service. The drive through time is very long but I never mind:). Plus I recommend the Asiago bagel with their onion and chive spread :) and the strawberry banana smoothie.
I usually don’t like chain restaurants. The quality is usually not the best. But I was looking for a quick breakfast and decided to stop here. I was impressed with my food. The bagels taste homemade and fresh. Nothing like packaged bagels. My only complaint is the sausage and bacon are pretty thin.
I had the brisket bagel sandwich with the green chile bagel instead of the jalapeño bagel (they were out) and it was so good. I also had a caramel cold brew shake. It tasted good but didn't give me any "get up and go". The drive thru was fast and the people were pleasant.
Excellent servos my the young man that tooky order. Friendly and welcoming. The cashier seemed distracted, even though the shop wasn't busy. The sandwich and iced chai were delicious. Service was quick. Thanks.
This was a way better visit at this Tucson location. Food was hot and fresh. Only one coffee flavor available at time because employees not monitoring whether full or not. Order was accurate!

The review was going to get fewer stars, but the customer service when we went to pay bumped it back up. To start, we arrived at a slow time of day and we were told it'd be a moment before someone got our order. There was only one person ahead of us and that order went by quick. We waited around for a few minutes after that person was done to even get a worker to take our order. However, what saved this review from being worse was the discount given at the end for an unexpected error on our end. Overall, it's a clean location and the workers are great, even if the initial service took a bit longer.
Free public wifi! Delicious combinations in flavors in the sandwiches on the entire menu with some healthy options. Good coffee and accessories to put in the coffee! One of my must visit places when I come to Tucson since there isn't one in my town.

i’m from jersey and i cannot find a good bagel shop. i usually dont like einstein bros but i came here because it was closest and i’ve never tried this location- i told them i want it golden brown (because whenever i ask to toast 2x it’s still not toasted enough) and EXTRAAA cream cheese. the server heard me loud and clear, i got it toasted perfectly with plenty of cream cheese. very happy w my food
