This review is more related to the hygienic practices of the employees, not the food. I didn’t feel it was fair to provide less than a four star rating considering that I do not eat here that much, however I could not help but notice the employees behind the counter drinking their water, and rubbing their faces, yet not washing their hands afterwards. As a warning, I told one of the employees that if the health department sees them doing this, they could get a warning. I made attempts to speak to the manager, who evidently speaks Mandarin and very little English, but I do not believe that this person was there ( which is why I continued to have the conversation with one of the employees.) Sure, you’re allowed to have water and you’re allowed to rub your face and your head but you need to be going to wash your hands after you do this especially if you are handling peoples food. Unfortunately, I have my suspicions that my complaint may fall on deaf ears and it’s even more concerning that nobody in management has addressed any of the complaints on this website. However, if I do eat here again and I continue to see the same behaviors then it is a possibility that I will contact the health department myself and maybe they need to do an inspection? I cannot say with 100% certainty everything that the health department does and does not do but I used to be a food service manager and we couldn’t have water sitting above the ice maker because it is considered food. It had to be kept in the break room, but here I witnessed their drinking bottles right up front where the food is. The hygienic practices of this restaurant is a little bit concerning to me because if you’re doing this, then what does it look like in the back or what are your other practices? To me, these things are questionable, but I only know what I saw today.

Wow! What a great surprise! I had CHICKEN TERIYAKI, BEEF & SHRIMP TERIYAKI, VEGETABLE SPRING ROLL and DUMPLINGS (6pcs). Everything was great! Generous portions, tasty, well packaged, served quickly. Excellent prices. I did not realize it was just inside Park Place Mall by the theatre but it was easy in and out. I will be back.

This restaurant is inside Park Place Mall. They were busy but not so busy to wait 15 minutes for a simple order. However, they are priced right!

My Wife and I got the chicken and beef with white rice and shared it, yes there is enough for 2. Don’t forget to ask for extra teriyaki sauce for the chicken, so good. The food was very tasty and the service eh a 3. It’s worth grabbing a lunch or dinner here.

With the standard Teriyaki you get quite a bit of food for your money. It may not be the best Teriyaki around, but it is more than worth it for the price. My favorite place in the food court.

My fired rice wasn't really warm but was good. They didn't have any soft drinks only bottled water and tea. My wife's Bento shrimp box was good.
