Review Shooters - Tucson

I got to say this is the second time I've been to this place and had a great experience. First of all it's a little hidden so don't give up if you pass it. As you first walk in they have a nice big patio area if you're a smoker. Once you go inside the decor seems like something out of Grease or Mediterranean it's a pretty unique architectural style. It's a pretty big place they got a lot of tables as if once they were more of a restaurant than a bar. But what I have to really tell you about is their food. Their food is amazing. I ordered the burger with the green chilies in it and I have to tell you that as of right now it's the best burger in Tucson. So I highly recommend the burger. I want to go back and try some other menu items to let you know if they're good but they do have a pretty good selection basic bar food such as steak burgers fish baskets chicken baskets if they can do their burgers as good as they did for me I'm sure all their other food has to be just as good. They have pool tables they have shuffleboard they have pinball machines and some other arcade games to entertain yourself. They also have touched tunes jukebox so you can play music to your heart's content from your phone. The service was great there was only one employee and it was pretty busy but we did not feel like we weren't being paid attention to at all. The bartender guy was bartending and serving the dining room all at once and taking care of the patio people as well. Well done mate. I highly recommend this place please give it a shot and post your reviews. I want to go back on the weekends or at night just to see if it gets more of a bar atmosphere I went during the day and it was more of a food restaurant atmosphere but there were people drinking at the bar this seems like a lot of regulars go here but we felt welcomed anyway.

Cousin invited me to join her and friend for Trivia night since I was in town. So my wife and I shared fish and chips as we were both still stuffed from family party. Food was good, came quickly fueled our team to a win. Not reflected are 2 other teams that talked big but bowed out as they were getting whooped.

A nice little place. Was a great dinner spot with drinks. Nothing like a tequila mixer with a big burger.

Very welcoming atmosphere and staff. They have a large lot in the rear for shows and bonfires. Its my go-to bar when I need to have a few friends from out of town meet up. Call ahead and reserve!

The food was bomb and the service was beyond amazing definitely a most check out

Love this place. Employees and customers are nice. Bar tenders make ya feel at home and special. This place is a fav to go with my Parents. During the week days, it’s a chill laid back kinda vibe, less people with older crowd and regulars. During the weekend nights they do karaoke which brings in a bit more of a younger crowd and a bit more heads, but best of both worlds. Love their food!!! Great Alcohol selection! Bit pricey but worth it but they do have specials. Plus $1 Jell-O shots on weekend nights!

First time back after decades, atmosphere was great it got VERY busy, very diverse crowd, Drinks are EXTREMELY fair priced, shockingly so. People watching was very fun, they had karaoke night going and was very enjoyable to partake in. friends got food, they loved it, sweet potatoes fries were exceptional. The staff were all friendly, engaging, and attentive (even during the rush), I left a generous tip they deserved it. Clean, warm, western style bar. outdoor seating, lots of chairs inside and out. Lots of parking, well lit area's. bathrooms while not spacious were clean, I have seen alot worse, over all 9/10 for the whole trip all things concerned.

I love this place so much, I'm actually loathe to leave a review lest it gets out and it's overrun. Nevertheless, Shooters is an awesome place: super nice staff, very chill pleasant vibe, surprisingly good food, and a jukebox that's always "available." Hot tip: right off the Loop, cruise in and cruise out. I love it here.

The steaks are made to perfection and the sides are delicious! Some of the sauces are homemade, like the ranch dressing. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. It has an old west feel as you walk in and find a seat. The staff was friendly and attentive. It's a good place for watching sports and socializing. There's quality entertainment on certain nights, pool tables, arcade games, and a dart board. We enjoyed our time there so much that we went back the next day to try their fish & chips and onion rings. It was also very tasty. I think the tartar sauce was homemade as well.

This place is just too cool. Multiple seating options, including bar, tables, and outdoor patio. Good food, good drinks, good atmosphere. It's a great place to go just for the odd architecture alone! Go peep it! Has an almost middle eastern/western feel.

First time here, I arrived just as they were closing the kitchen at 9pm, so I was a little bummed. They had Karaoke going, so it was a bit loud, but it was a great atmosphere

Server was great! So was the steak and bread pudding. Amazing. It's mostly a bar so the vegetables are all fried.....

Wonderful place to eat. The bread pudding w/bourbon sauce is to die for and on Friday's the clam chowder is superb best I've ever had. All of the staff is friendly and wonderful. Marcie the owner is one of the greatest woman I have had the pleasure of knowing

Food took forever to come. When it did finally arrive it wasn’t hot or even really warm. My burger was cooked well when I asked for medium and was missing the bacon it was supposed to have on it. I wouldn’t eat there again.

I loved, loved their 14 oz rib eye steak melts in your mouth. I had it grilled medium. And the bread pudding, Mrs. Margie, was out of this world delicious. It tasted like down home Louisiana bread pudding. Definitely well worth going back to eat.

We were there last nite for karaoke and this was the second time we have ever been there. We had wonderful ribeyes and good drinks. We had a blast listening to the karaoke!! It was a heck of a crowd and all the workers there were very friendly. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone. We will be going back again for sure.

Karaoke is the best in Tucson. What a talented crowd. The beer, however, was on the warm side.

I must say I do not like eating my lunch with cockroaches. As we were having lunch a few paid us a visit by climbing the wall behind my friends. I had the Reuben sandwich and the pastrami was very fatty. Bread that should have been toasted was barely toasted. Needless to say we will not be going back.

Excellent burgers..staff is very friendly. Have never had a bad meal or service there. Nice friendly people.

Great music on the patio Sunday afternoon. Misters make it very cool. $1 tacos and great drinks. Love it.

Friendly staff and the burgers were outstanding. I love being able to taste the char from the grill. Plus the fries were perfectly crispy, just how I like them!

The burger I ordered was very good. Cooked to perfection. We sat outside, the fresh evening air was very relaxing. Added bonus, smelling like campfire when I got home!

I'm good with that. RACIST? I think Politically correct is more than over rated, it is a blight on freedom of speech. I have been to Shooters s few times and the food is great. I don't care what the owners racial or political views are as long as he keeps serving a really great steak. You must be able to run your business as you see fit. This is America.

Tbeat. Went to Shooters for the first time today about 4pm. Found it to be a very nice steakhouse. The sevice was very good (Nick). The steak RIB EYE WAS PERFECT. The price was fair for what we recieved. The food was great. I have already recommended Shooters to my freinds. Try it you will like it.

Great Music and service. First of all, I am NOT the same Chuck Phillips. I went on a Sunday afternoon with friends to hear some fine rock music. We had a great server, and the sandwiches and sides were excellent.

Nice little dive with pretty tasty food. Nice little dive that's been around forever. Shooters is a scruffy looking place with pool tables and pretty tasty food.<br/><br/>They've got decent hunks of meat for fair prices. And they give you plenty of extras with your meal, your choice of two large sides. With my prime rib, I got both onion rings and a slew of sweet potato fries. My wife got nicely steamed vegetables and a green salad with her barbequed chicken, which, by the way, was also good. <br/><br/>For a dive-bar that serves steaks, Shooters does a good job.
