I’ve worked in sales and customer service related jobs for 20 years. The professionalism and customer service on display by the two young men I interacted with at this McDonalds this afternoon was absolutely fantastic! Elite level stuff. Very impressed. Great stuff guys!
This is the best McDonald's in Tucson. The staff watches over their backs to see if there are customers waiting to order not like the rest of the McDonald's restaurants where they never turn their backs to check if there is anybody waiting to buy food. Great bunch of guys in this place!
Everytime I visit this McDonalds on houghton road I always have the best Customer service. Daniel always is so sweet amd good with his customers! He goes out of his way to make everyone day better! Hes a great asset To this company. Excellent customer skills!
While l make a point of NEVER 🤮 eating here, they always have the best iced tea.

I wanted to write review for this McDonald's in particular due to the fact their fries are always fresh. Not every McDonald's seems to operate this way but I can appreciate that every time I've come through the drive through and purchased fries they are not cold or old.
Oh yum, tonight I ordered Carmel and chocolate sundaes, so good. Don't forget to download the app, you get points just by sitting in the drive thru ordering, seriously, the app adds them up and by the time you've paid and stuffed french fries in your mouth, they're on your app. They do expire, so check on that before you lose em. Free food, that's what I'm talking about! Oh and Again, ask for a side or two of the Big Mac Sauce- fries love it!
This is one of the best locations on the Eastside. I believe it is a training store. Every employee that I've interacted with was very polite and courteous. My order has never been messed up. And we've only been asked once to pull ahead and wait. All other times we get our food with very little waiting. I've been to many locations and this is the best. We drive an extra 3.5 miles, skipping 3 other closer locations, just because of their service, professionalism and speed. Would give 6 stars if I could.
This place gave me the BEST experience I've ever had a fast food restaurant! When I was sitting down eating my meal, an employee came us to me and asked me if I needed anything. I had to do a double take. I almost forgot I was at a McDonald's. I felt like I was at a 5 star restaurant. Not even Chick-fil-A treats people that nice! The food came out fast and everything was fresh. I was blown away at how amazing the staff was! I've never had a more pleasurable experience!
I drive out of my way to go to this store over the one closest to me on Broadway. They are much more likely to get all of my order and make it correctly. When I have been missing an item, they usually fix it without arguing about it first. When I have dined inside in the past (pre-pandemic,) the dining area, bathrooms and play place have always been pretty clean.
