I’ve worked in sales and customer service related jobs for 20 years. The professionalism and customer service on display by the two young men I interacted with at this McDonalds this afternoon was absolutely fantastic! Elite level stuff. Very impressed. Great stuff guys!

This is the best McDonald's in Tucson. The staff watches over their backs to see if there are customers waiting to order not like the rest of the McDonald's restaurants where they never turn their backs to check if there is anybody waiting to buy food. Great bunch of guys in this place!

Everytime I visit this McDonalds on houghton road I always have the best Customer service. Daniel always is so sweet amd good with his customers! He goes out of his way to make everyone day better! Hes a great asset To this company. Excellent customer skills!

I wanted to write review for this McDonald's in particular due to the fact their fries are always fresh. Not every McDonald's seems to operate this way but I can appreciate that every time I've come through the drive through and purchased fries they are not cold or old.

We had a Shamrick Shake and hot, crispy, salty delicious french fries. Yummy! They moved us around the uilding for my husbands special burger. That is why they lost a star. I hate pulling tonanother area to wait. It makes you feel like a secod class cirizen.

Oh yum, tonight I ordered Carmel and chocolate sundaes, so good. Don't forget to download the app, you get points just by sitting in the drive thru ordering, seriously, the app adds them up and by the time you've paid and stuffed french fries in your mouth, they're on your app. They do expire, so check on that before you lose em. Free food, that's what I'm talking about! Oh and Again, ask for a side or two of the Big Mac Sauce- fries love it!

I had my 1st experience using the new ordering kiosk at this McDonalds. I liked it. It was super easy to used, you can pick whatever you want, customize it to your liking and view your order before paying. Not that i dont like having to deal with the employees at this location(they are always super friendly)but sometimes its nice not having to expain youself.

As a busy family, I didn't have time to make breakfast and my 3 year old loves their hashbrowns. They always get our order right. Im in and out the drive thru in less than 1 minute usually. Very friendly and food hot and fresh. I enjoy the hot vanilla lattes.
