A hidden gem indeed. If you're skeptical go on a Wednesday when a full is offered at a discount. You won't be disappointed. Just scope the menu and try more than one sandwich. My go to is the Tijuana Taxi, introduced for the first time by a coworker and it's all history from there. All of the staff and the owner are super friendly and a pleasure to do business with.

It’s literally the best place for a sub and the atmosphere is amazing! It’s way cheaper the. Subway way cheaper than pretty much most places but the flavor and the quality and atmosphere is very rich. If you haven’t been here you should definitely check it out! Very good! Very nice people!

The Sandwiches here are so delicious, The Bread here is Made fresh, the ingredients overall are very good... The Taste of the Sandwich is Better than Subway, I 1000% Recommend Coming here for The Calm atmosphere and the delicious food, if i could i could give this place a 10 star rating

Very good sub, high quality meats that is so flavorful. First time here & definitely wont be the last. My wife & son were very impressed. Service was excellent & very informative. Definitely beats all other sub shops in Tucson.

Planet Sun is my go-to sandwich shop in Tucson. Their selection of sandwiches are deliciously out of the ordinary as well as the classics! Their service is also friendly and top notch. Great place to stop for a bite to eat.

The owner Cesar, was very attentive and kind. He made sure everything was okay for us and gave amazing recommendations. The buffalo chicken sub was amazing and the bread was sooooo fresh. I really enjoyed the time I spent here. Cesar catered to us in a way you wouldn’t think being in a sub shop. Offered to refill drinks. Insisting that he get it for us . Just overall very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend ! Can’t wait to come back to see you Cesar !

Delicious subs and excellent customer service. Decided to visit this place while staying at a hotel nearby and it did not disappoint! The freshly baked bread truly makes the difference. Will be back!

This was probably the best lunch I’ve ever had in my entire life, I love the service. The guy who helped me out over there was wonderful really nice, and I hope that he continues with his wonderful food. Thank you for everything.

The bread is fresh baked daily and it is so good! They toast the sandwiches so it has a nice light crisp when you bite, but a super soft inside. Not too thick either! The Planet Sub is the best.

Best. Subs. In. Tucson. The food is delicious, the sandwiches are creative, the owners and staff are super friendly, the bread is FRESH, and the prices can't be beat. Better than Subway, Eegees, and any other sub place I've ever tried. They also have pizza and other options!! PLEASE consider supporting this business, I am rooting for them! My favorite lunch spot when I'm on that side of town. I will come as often as I can! Also... the Dagwood Dream is fire... can't get enough of that sandwich!

By far the best sandwich shop in Tucson! I've lived here my whole life, tried many different shops (I'm a big foodie) and this place takes the cake every time! It was my first time here and the gentleman that works here was just so sweet! He asked if it was my first time here and asked what I like that way he could suggest what to get. I got the planet sub and it was so good. Everything about this place is nice. I love the energy.

The folks working there were extremely kind. I got a sriracha chicken sub and it was delicious. The chicken was moist and bread was full of flavor. 10/10

The best sandwich place in Tucson. You can really taste the difference with their house-made bread. I must be nuts to recommend them because I don't want the store to become crowded.
