The people working night shift are superb. We have come in close to closing, and they have always had a stellar attitude. Personable and gracious!
First the manager was just so friendly kind and helpful. I wanted to try 2 flavors and she suggested kiddie scoops. Perfect for me. I tried a small cone with chocolate sprinkles and 2 kiddie scoops and it was perfect. There are 2 nice clean tables outside. What a fun and delicious experience. Will definitely come back.
Hi first time in store quite empty the bins were low on ice cream no customers but me and my neighbor. I realizes Tammy was hard at work cleaning up and the ice cream was delicious thank you
I was in earlier for my favorite treat when I noticed a new young gentleman and another girl working. The gentleman jumped up to help me and greeted me with a genuine smile on his face. His customer service skills left a smile on my face. I think his name started with a D (it's an unusual name). On the other hand the girl hardly looked up or at me and when she did, there was a permanent glare on her face and she gave me the vibe that she didn't even want to be there. In fact she was very rude. It was sad to see one employee doing all the work and being so kind and humble about it while having to work with someone that obviously doesn't care about her job.

Best ice cream on the planet! I grew up with it, looking forward to each rare occasion when my family would go for ice cream. There are some that are more expensive and taste very good, but not better than Baskin Robbins. The butter pecan is superb! The 31 flavors are celebrated every 31st day of the months that have 31 days! The price is half per scoop on those days! I have it marked on my calendar so I never forget! ❤️😍
I liked that the girl who was serving us asked if we had any allergies before even sampling ice cream. Allergies are a big deal and can be deadly. Shows that she really cares for people! Great service and delicious ice cream on a hot night! 💜️️
Using the website for this place is tough but if you show up in person you can get whatever you want to order. They have great employees, as of this review, and they are good at making cakes in a rush. If corporate would fix the online ordering problems then it would have been a Tucson 5 🌟 star experience, at least I'm my opinion!
It's Baskin Robin's. Great ice cream, reasonable pricing. The staff is usually friendly and the place is always clean. Places to sit and eat of you want. Treat the staff well because they deserve it!

I came in and was greeted by a nice employee. As always the place was clean and in tip-top condition. I purchased 1 rad mint-chocolate chip scoop and ate in less then 20 seconds, right in front of the staff, who lets just say was more than furious to see all their hard, ice-cream scooping work go to waste on my gluttonous flab. Unbeknownst to them, I slipped the cashier a bit of extra cash to keep our mint-chocolate chip ventures under the table so to speak, as i'm ashamed of my addiction. But good Ol' America prevails, and I can't go without it for more than a week without feeling my ice cream induced rage build up into speeding down the street to get a cold spoon of cow extract into my adrenaline filled gut. Every time I leave this location, I feel like the staff has done more than enough for me. Including assist me in opening my car door, because "You really shouldn't have eaten 12 scoops man" counts for feeling sick. Whatever. I love their ice cream and will keep coming back until the mint-chocolate chip kills me. Seriously though. I've got one hell of a healthcare plan, and no broken bones. Baskin Robbins here I come!
Ooh they have slime topping that can be added to any cone or scoop of ice cream... and it tastes great.. you absolutely got to try it.
