My husband and I go here every day of the week and sometimes twice a day even... Staff now is very friendly, usually remembers our order. In the past we did have some issues with a couple staff members but they've either moved on or been replaced and we love it all the more!

So good, we really like the nice friendly and fun employees that work at this Dairy Queen. They get you in and out at a pretty fast pace and since it’s summer now, nights seem to be the busiest. The cheesecake blizzard us yummy and I’m not sure what they call it but the ice cream with the cupcake is fantastic. I wanted some hot fudge in a cup by itself and they actually filled it up a lot more then expected! You can’t go wrong with Dairy Queen! Stop by this location off of 22nd street and closest cross street is Craycroft, see you there!

Perfect size and very friendly service I will come back again good price. Dairy Queen is my Let's go get icecream tradition with my grandkids every time i visit them and these are only 4 out 15 grandkids that came with me lol

Best DQ in town, imho. Thank you for having enough staff, for training them well and most of the time they're super friendly and smiling. It's hard these days, finding & hiring young, part-time and first-time workers, so having the owner there much of the time makes a HUGE difference!! (as opposed to another eastside DQ that is exactly opposite of what I've written here)

Very nice customer service. The ice cream of course is one of the best around! It does seem a little skimpy on the sundaes most the time and on the hot fudge a lot too. But worth it! However do NOT ask for or say yes to the nuts and/or whip cream its ridiculous they charge extra for that now a days... but thank you very much do your thing and we will see you every day until the 31st when our BOGO card expires😁👍🏼❤

Ice Creams are delicious! And a small portion is really large. :) you don't have to even get out of the car to get them, so it's cool.

Strawberry & chocolate Blizzard, great treat for the heat, which Tucsonians know in Spring, it'll only get hotter. We'll be back. Warning, it's so good, in summer the drive-thru line backs up into the street.

The whole experience was Marvelous, but one the thing they can improve on customer service. The ice cream the kids had was great and everyone enjoyed it, so 5 Stars. Oh 5 Stars alone on the Coffee drink I had lol, amazing. God bless you all

I love dairy queen, but today when I went the cashier said their taking away from the menu butterscotch and the cherry flavor for dipped cones. I would give a five star but just for that reason I can't, those flavors are tradition. (P.S I am not rating a 4 to customer service, they are awesome employees! They get a 5.)

Eric and the staff have been great! I have been going here five days a week since May and it's been a pleasure! Staff expressed disappointment and well wishes on my new adventure. It is nice to have a staff who really appreciates their customers! I started going to Dairy Queen because of the quality of products. I chose to go five days a week because of the wonderful staff. I will miss you all!
