Best papa Murphys store in Tucson!! I’ve been a regular now for quite sometime and it’s always clean and spotless and always super friendly staff! and Noah the store manager, is always super nice!! If there’s a problem with a pizza (I’ve only had one time) he always makes it right and goes above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!
Everything was great minus the meatballs. They had shards of bone in the meat. Which means wherever they get there meat is not grinding the meat well enough.
Papa Murphy's is always very good and we like our local location on South Houghton.
I went in and found the staff helpful. The lady at the register was polite and quick to help. Manager was there working along with the staff to make my pizza. It was clean and friendly! I'll certainly be back. I loved all the smiles I got while there.
The staff here were very accommodating. Our son had a certificate to get a free make-your-own Mini Murph pizza. He asked if they had garlic cheese pizza (something we were able to get from Domino's when we lived in New Zealand, but isn't offered in the States). The staff kindly gave us garlic sauce for him to spread on his cheese pizza, instead of the usual tomato pizza sauce. They were also happy to leave the onions off our supreme-type pizza.
We were on our way back to Elfrida -- an almost 100-mile trip -- and both pizzas arrived intact.
Fantastic! THE PIZZAS ARE AWESOME! The crew is well trained, so nice and they "Smile." ("-Something lacking in good customer service lately) The garlic cheese bread is real good, the chocolate chip cookie dough/cookies are yum and their prices are cheap compared to others and better. Don't get all agro that it's not made already and you have to cook it, just sit back for 12-15 minutes, pop any bubbles that pop up (Gotta love a homemade crust) and get ready to have a real good pizza!!! My daughter, 14 and I always get, The Cowboy, a large, it has large slices of pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, black olives, cheddar and cheese and herbs, it'll run ya about $14 and change BUT Tuesdays, Every Single Pizza is only $10.00. No coupon needed, nothing! Also look online, they usually have lots of deals and specials that include 2 liters of soda and chocolate chip cookies.

First of all, my family loves Papa Murphy’s pizza. It’s so delicious and nice to be able to make at home so it’s always fresh. we are so happy to have a location out here in Rita Ranch now! I just picked up a couple pizzas and there was a little bit of confusion with a coupon I wanted to use. They ended up charging me and not allowing the use of my coupon. It only made a dollar difference so I didn’t make a big deal but their manager immediately wanted to make it right for me. It’s not often that you get good service when it comes to “fast food” and I was really blown away. Robert, thank you for making it “right” even though it was for just a single dollar. I can tell that you take your job seriously.

Finally made it in tonight. The young lady that took my order was very helpful and friendly. I didn't realized how close to closing time I was placing my order and felt bad. She couldn't have been any sweeter, I wish I would have gotten her name. Both of our pizzas were amazing! We will definitely be seeing you soon!!
Door Dash allows users to add toppings but not take them off. Twice now I have called and Nate has courteously helped me with my order. Even when not using Door Dash and placing curbside orders over the phone, he is very patient and kind. The one time I did get an incorrect order, it was resolved satisfactorily and immediately. Papa Murphy's Pizza is always fresh and delicious, but his customer service really puts it over the top.
