Chile relleno carne asada burrito was very good. $9.60. I would definitely recommend going here I also had albondigas soup which was also very good. I did go at 6:30 and they close at 7:30 so we could tell they were not that excited to see customers but the food was very good.

I stopped by for breakfast burritos this morning. Their service was fast and their food was good. What more can you ask for from a fast food Mexican joint? They even cut my burritos in thirds so we could share them. Very good restaurant.

Ponchos has the best bacon breakfast burritos in town in my opinion. I had my first one sophomore year 2002 and these slap just as hard.

Just a trucker driving through and one of my customers recommended this place.. and WOW am I glad he did!! The cook in the back gets DOWN and makes everything fresh to order.. it is piping hot as I am eating it right now. Great job guys!! And the prices are fantastic for the portions.. not sure how they do it

I've known this restaurant for years. The food is fresh, fast, copious and just plain good. No bells and whistles, nothing fancy. Mexican food done right, Sonoran style. I can't recommend them enough.

I pride myself on visiting all the inexpensive Mexican places in Tucson. I have some favorites based on price, selection, and portion size... Today, Ponchos blew all others away... A flurry of burrito options that I can't get anywhere else here most under $6 and the size is awesome! Really happy I found this place and can't wait to go back to try the burritos I'm not familiar with. Friendly service, nice salsa bar, and clean inside.

This is my first time going there yesterday. I asked for the biggest burrito they had and the nice lady pointed to the El Super burrito. It came with everything I enjoy in a Burrito Beans, rice, Pico de guillo, lettuce, guacamole and sour cream and asked for Carne asada. I've always said.. A great burrito is a burrito that is flavorful in every bite and salsa is only added to give it some heat. On this delicious burrito I did not have to add salsa, lemon nor salt. I gotta say this is the BEST BURRITO I have ever had besides mine lol!! My wife loved their street tacos and shrimp tacos we had also ordered.
My cousin and I use to own a Mexican restaurant back in the 90's in North Hollywood California and Burritos were our specialty. Unfortunately we were young and sold the place.
I highly recommend this place!! If you want favorable Mexican food this is the place to go! Great size food portions, great prices and great Service!! Enjoy!!!
