The Maverick - Tucson - Photo album

My wife and I are from Missouri and visit Tucson annually, and we love šŸ’• music! šŸŽµ This was the second time going to The Maverick and seems we're either pretty good at picking a good club or the right night to go to The Maverick because twice now we've had a great time here... great atmosphere, servi
We went to see a live band on a Thursday night while we were in town visiting, and the band was great! Scotty Freel and the Flying Diamonds. The lead singer was good, and they had a younger guy with blonde hair that was amazing! His voice was fantastic, and he played guitar really well too. I think
Came from NM for a visit and wanted a place to go country dancing on a Sat night. We found this place and loved it. The only problem we had is an entire dance class came to show and practice their moves. Although they were really good and we didn't mind watching them, the flipping, dipping and dragg
The Maverick is my "Cheers"... It's where everybody knows my name (or face) & where I spend Saturday night for dancing & a good time! I like Thursday's too. And I'm always greeted with a smile. I'm often asked, why do you go so often? My answer: It's a great stress reliever & much cheaper than ther
Good place to have a great time and enjoy dancing, hanging out with friends, or just going to go watch people dance. There is plenty of floor space to dance. There are few pool tables, plenty of drink, but sitting is limited, though.
I really like this establishment. It's a really good place. I'm not a country music fan and a huge Metal head but found myself going back to this place repeatedly
Great place! Great bartenders/staff! Reminds me of the old school honky-tonks I grew up in back home in Texas! Haven't had the food yet, but it looks good and is very plentiful!
The only thing that would make the maverick ten times better is if it were bigger. Iā€™m sure many have said this before and I am no different in that way. The set up is very very cool with lots of parking and an outside patio in the front that they take great advantage of. On the inside you have a st
Best country bar since Denim and Diamonds closed years ago! Great place for 2-Steppin. Awesome Bartenders, Jill is the best!
Fun place with decent food and good drinks. Great live music. Wish the dance floor was bigger and way more tables, but good for what it is.
Very cute, albeit small country bar, good drink options and food was pretty good. The 3$ margaritas were not good but you get what you pay for šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø good music friendly staff and the dance lessons are much more concise than at whiskey roads which I appreciate. If it weren't so far I would definitely
BEST place by far to line dance in Tucson (where they understand personal space on the dance floor a bit better). Sat nights are FINALLY a joy, as Pork Chop DJ'd after line dance lessons, so we could continue to line dance for an hour or more before the band started (THANK YOU Porkchop!!). If line
Okay this place is so cute. I have no idea how to dance ANY of the dances but the patrons were friendly enough to tell us.
