Omfg its bomb!! For the price its great, the jumbo slice is as big as my hand! <3 highly recommend this place to anyone! my friend Chris recommend this place to me, and im glad to see tucsons local law enforcement ther as well :) its already a safer place aswell as letting us bring our firearms in there, thank you so much! staff is very busy, very responsive, very friendly. food is top quality, orders came out Fast As Fuck, the brownie thats $2.80 is even huge, they call it "A huge ass brownie" not too hard, not too moist, just right.
The beautiful wife Barbara and I love New York Pizza Department. The staff is very friendly, the facility clean and the food awesome. Our favorite pizza is the Combo (less mushrooms as I don't care for them). The sauce on the pizza is out of this world but what hits a home run is the crust. I recommend this restaurant to everyone !!!
Slices as big as your head!
They have really stepped up since they first opened. Really good food, service was good. Fish fry Friday was very delish, will be coming back on a Friday again for that.
I've never been here before but had been meaning to try it for a while. I had about 15 minutes to wait for my ride and was just looking for couple quick slices to take home. Rose at the counter was absolutely wonderful! She made excellent recommendations and knew my time was limited and made sure I had everything in plenty of time. The slices are enormous and we're by far the best pizza I've had in Tucson since I moved here. I highly recommend them and I hope managers know that they have a real gem in Rose as an employee, any restaurant I've ever worked for would be very lucky to have such a great employee working for them! Thanks so much for a great experience all around!
Fantastic environment, feels very welcoming and quite open. High top and table options.
The menu is great, offering plenty of basic options for pizzas most are probably used to, as well as a selection of specialty pizzas which look divine.
I went for the wings and was not disappointed. The wings are big and juicy, and were cooked perfectly. The buffalo hot sauce for the wings was the perfect flavor. Seriously worth a visit even if you only get wings.
Pretty decent thin crust pizza at reasonable prices. Definitely the best pizza on the east side. Recommend.

The best pizza in Tucson! And as a native New Yorker, I am pretty choosy about my pizza. The lunch special is a great detail. Staff is polite and the place is very clean.
This is my favorite pizza place. The food is great and the staff are always friendly and good! I usually get pizza, but the calzones and sandwiches are also very good. And I love the chocolate chip cookies!

I got a slice of Sicilian (HELLO, Sicilian, yay!) to go. Forgot to tell the guy I didn’t need it heated up so about 6 minutes after ordering, I told him. It’s because I live pretty far and didn’t plan to eat it until later but he was concerned, said it may not be as crispy reheated, the crust in particular, which I actually understood and appreciated, and I liked the service he provided (young guy at the counter). Turned out the Ninja XL SmartOven did a great job reheating it, and the crust DID get crispy, the cheese to sauce ratio is just right (remember Sicilian is less sauce-heavy than regular Neapolitan and of course the thick crust), the mozzarella is spot on, the marinara is just right. And you can taste the garlic. I’d never been here before and psychologically I balked at the price for the Sicilian slice ($8.50) but actually it was quite large and I found it a great value on top of everything else. I used my pizza cutter and enjoyed two rounds of this beauty.
The inside is not bad at all, it’s pleasant with NY posters. I plan to return when anywhere near this area.
Better than average pizza joint on the East side. Don't know how authentic New York style it is, but it was a pretty decent pie, definitely better than anything else I've had on the east side. Nice crust, decent amount of toppings and cheese. Place also has a pretty nice selection of beers on tap.
They also have pizza by the slice over the lunch hour.
Recommended. I'd definitely go there again.

The pizzas are very good, but it's the other items on the menu that really surprise. The chicken Caesar salad and onion rings are top notch, and the Sicilian style pizza is super addictive.
NYPD Pizza is my pizza paradise! First off, their pizza slices are HUGE – like, fold-it-in-half kinda big. It's a beautiful thing.
But what's even better is their Big Slice and salad combo. You get that massive slice of pizza and a fresh salad that hits the spot. It's a winning combo for sure.
Plus, the vibe in there is chill, and most of the folks are friendly. If you're looking for a satisfying pizza fix, this is your spot! 🍕😋
