Wow! This was an awesome experience. Roman was super welcoming and his customer service was great. The peanut butter ice cream tastes delicious and the cookies I got tasted 10/10. My husband and I are definitely becoming regulars!!

The staff is super friendly and they are open late. They even had several vegan cookies plus an amazing vegan gluten free chocolate chip cookie. Thank you for the options!
Tasty and warm. My cookies and ice cream were great. The servings are large so keep that in mind when ordering, if you don't want a mess I recommend getting the ice cream in a cup instead of a sandwich.

I really enjoyed Insomnia Cookie...I was really looking for an actual ice cream shop but this was the only one open after 10pm. Like many others have said this is just an average tasting cookie and ice cream. The triple chocolate cookie satisfied my craving and I topped it with a scoop of mint choco

So amazing! Cookies are fresh and soft and when you get them in sandwich form, the ice cream portion is so generous! Also, I picked up a gluten free cookie for an office mate and she said it was amazing too.

This is a small location downtown so parking is limited unless you park in the garage. The service was fine, the staff are friendly, the prices are obviously expensive, but the cookies and brownies are decent.

I live 2 minutes away from insomnia and it’s a usual treat for my wife and I after a long day and Roman is absolutely the best ! Great cookies and great service always
What a awesome little gem to find and try! All of the cookies even the vegan ones were great. Paired with the ice cream this is a great little snack in the middle of the day or an amazing find after leaving the bar!
This place has the best cookies. They are full of flavor, soft, chewy and holy frikin cow are they good. In the oatmeal raisin cookies, you can taste a hint of cinnamon and they are not chalked full of raisins, just the right amount. The snickerdoodles are flat out awesome. I never had a red velvet
Cookies are kept in a warmer. The staff was nice and the price fair for what you get. I’ve enjoyed this place in NYC as well and plan to return again! Pic is of the a la mode option.
