It's been a while since I've enjoyed a Whopper. My memories of a delicious burger were not disappointed. That flame broiled burger was perfect. And there's nothing wrong with that.

Great service - kid working the register was a cute, young, tall Hispanic kid with piercings (I'm giving his description in hopes he gets the kudos he deserves, I've included a picture of my receipt if that helps) was very polite and didn't act like it was some big hassle that I wanted to add a shake or order the burger without certain things like at a lot of other locations.
However, unlike most locations that have ahh-mazing fountain drink selections, this location's was pretty weak... No flavor add-ins and a very small drink selection in general. A little disappointing considering that is major reason why I choose Burger King in general.
Besides the drinks, everything was hot, delicious, and exactly as I ordered it so overall I am pleased with my visit.

Super friendly nice staff , I needed a restroom urgently and the employee that was deep cleaning the lobby chairs was very understanding and kind enough to allow me to use the facilities since it is a code lock facility. A prime example of an upstanding citizen and a person who utilizes kindness and the arizona state motto of living by the golden rule of treating others with kindness. This 5star is for the employee 100%

Ive never liked this store. Slow customer service, slow getting an order out , even when I was one of only two customers inside! But I gave them 5 stars because the last few times Ive been there, there is newer employee there at the front counter... A black man with a polite, outstanding, kind , and friendly personality!!! He is fast, efficient, and stays in communication with the customer when there is a wait for any reason. Hes constantly checking with the cooks to see the status of your order, and makes sure that you see that!! Gave me a drink in a courtesy cup when there was a wait on fresh fries, and piled on the fries!! He makes ordering a pleasure, and adds charm and conversation to an otherwise dreary store!!! And my orders are still hot when I get them finally!!! Five stars for now! Lol

First things first I'm a truck driver oh, I go all over the country. Second, I got to my hotel room at 7 in the evening and walked across the parking lot Burger King because it smelled fire. I don't even smoke pot and I was drooling over that smell. Third I walk over there and stumble upon a page of coupons so I get a coupon $4 for two small fries and two Whopper juniors. I buy said two Whopper Juniors and small fries with the coupon and while I'm eating them I'm thinking why the f is this so good. The prize or fresh extremely hot perfectly over-salted in the Whopper juniors usually it every other Burger King or just kind of a kid Burger these are good they're dank. I'm not from Tucson but if I come back to Tucson I'm going to eat at this Burger King and it better by God be as good as it was tonight. Five stars

I ordered from a local delivery service and was pleasantly surprised there was a deal for $14 that included 3 whoppers and 3 cheese burgers from this location. The food was good, order was right and no missing items. When I go inside, the staff inside dining room area is always friendly.

Called and complained a couple months ago to corporate. So the so-called manager called me to apologize a couple weeks later and offered me a 50% discount on my next purchase at this store. Just went again and they refused to honor the promised discount and instead tried to give me some employee discount that was maybe 15%. This burger king SUCKS and I am asking all my friends and family to not buy anything from them. All that time and effort wasted by me not once but twice.
